    Thank you for joining me in my #ShleesHealthyTips Series! If you are new here, I'll give you a quick update! I have tried what feels like every diet, health plan, and weight loss trend imaginable including Weight Watchers (WW), NutriSystem, intermittent fasting, counting calories, YOU NAME IT! It wasn't until I found OPTAVIA that I really started changing my healthy HABITS and began learning how to build a healthy LIFESTYLE in order to lose the weight and learn how to keep it off! I began my journey with the Optavia 5&1 Program because it was easy to follow and dropped 50 LBS! I have been working to continue my healthy habits and optimizing my health ever since and NOW I'm sharing all of my HEALTHY TIPS with you!!     Love "when we do it alone, we fail alone" section... that's what I love about Optavia... we don't have to do it alone!

    Great info about Octavia! I started the 5 & 1 program last week and lost 8.6 lbs! My only suggestion would be to not use your hands so much. It is a bit distracting. I’m looking forward to your next video in this series. 😊

    What do you do to maintain wt loss? Also, what are good things you can use to supplement your fuelings if there is a time where you run out before receiving your next shipment? Are there any comparable bars? 😊
