- Jiri Prochazka is one of those personalities in the UFC that has changed how many fighters view the game. This video will attempt to understand a man who rose to the championship belt in an incredibly short space of time, but that means discovering the world of the Samurai; the teachings Musashi.
Miyamoto Musashi wrote the book of 5 rings in a time where samurai and ronin travelled japan challenging people to the death for honour and legacy. These writings have inspired Jiri to become the legendary finisher that he is.

Check IFS also. No Bad Parts. don't have to "master" the anxiety - it's likely a young part that needs attention. anything healed = more energy (the seperated part and the energy take to keep it supressed/repressed)

Another fantastic video from the Academic! Thank you for this. Admittedly, I was bummed when Jiri took the belt from Glover. With that said, Jiri has become one of my favorite fighters to watch, and this video essay really put into perspective why he's such a unique human being and warrior.

Yeah I always think adding more space might be a good idea, I'm going to be working on that in the next doc, hard sometimes as people need to be assulted with the next point and the point to stay engaged. Sometimes I dislike the YT format becuase of this. But appreciate the feedback!
