Mack Tauton is amazing. The Cathedrals have had some great tenors like Bobby Clark, Danny Funderburk, Kirk Talley, Ernie Haase but none with more charm and grace than Mack. We love you Mack.
Mack is a very close friend of mine, plus a brother in Christ. I worship with him every Sunday and cannot say enough about this man. What a blessing to meet and befriend a person as he.
Mack is doing great. He gave the sermon today at church, and it was outstanding. He is getting along fine though to answer your question. I still have a hard time believing that I go to church with Mack Taunton. I've never hung the word "FRIEND" on very many people in my life, but that man is truly a friend to me.
Greg Bowlan Thank you SO much for replying to me. If you could tell him this I really wanna meet him. He is my dads dad. so he is my grandpa. I never knew i would EVER be related to a person that use to be famous. but it you tell him that i would love it. he is the only Grandpa i didnt meet:( I really wanna meet him. (I hope you really do know him)
Yes, I really do know him and I would be more than happy to tell him. I will see him at church this Sunday, so who should I tell him wants to say hello?
@cocacolacowgirl I'm with you on that opinion...and Roy has a range that won't quit. I've heard Roy warm-up before concerts doing Handel arias, it was incredible.
Yes, but think, Danny sung for 15-20 years doing 250 dates a year. Nobody can keep the same voice after singing that much and singing that high with that much power.

Is it just me, or did Mack get better with age? He seems so much more relaxed and comfortable here, and he didn’t lose any of his range or clarity!
These guys are amazing, I love them
