The admin "H&S" - they mainly need to put meals on their tables - sometimes complex edicts which put up risk and strangle the work. The legislation isn't so bad - it's the implementation where it goes badly wrong. Better to live and have a worthwhile job, even dealing with some risk, that to be adrift in a "zero risk" inactivity.
They don't need no sticking safety regulations, they kill 10 coolies no problem, can replace that afternoon with 10 more, don't care about no resporator, safety cages, gards, lockouts, chopped toes, lost ears, lost hearing, lost eyes, no fingers, no proplem big boss still get paid and find more coolie. A million coolie for 1 job. Kill 50, 100 OK.
this would be correct if the stats didn't show that developed China has a LONGER life span than the USA residents. So which is the 3rd world country? Numbers matter.
