Concordo con il commenti che dice che state lavorando come se foste indietro di 200 anni. Dal punto di vista mentale, sicurezza, pulizia e organizzazione interna. Non si vede che siete al top. L'unica forza che avete e che quei lavoratori stanno lavorando gratis, che talmente la paga è bassa che praticamente lavorano gratis.

I worked in a forge in the uk making flanges for many years,unfortunately health and safety came in and ruined it,you wouldnt get away with the way they made them in this vid in the uk,health and safety made it impossible to compete
In UK too. We are the people with who have to control things so that people go home to their families at the end of the working day. The admin "H&S" - they mainly need to put meals on their tables - sometimes complex edicts which put up risk and strangle the work. The legislation isn't so bad - it's the implementation where it goes badly wrong. Better to live and have a worthwhile job, even dealing with some risk, that to be adrift in a "zero risk" inactivity.

"Health and safety", for your information, Mr Coghill, might just have saved over 80 souls at Grenfell Tower this very weekend. You make me want to throw up.
