    Hey, have you tried editing subtitles with VEED? 👉 veed.video/3N8fhgJ

    Thank you for the video. I wanted to delay a sped-up subtitle for an entire anime series, but I didn't want to edit the entire series line by line. Unfortunately, the website that you linked is now charging money on a monthly or yearly basis for editing subtitles.

    Why do you waste your time? Subtitle editor is a free program and it works this kind of thing super easy. Timing, editing, everything you want.

    At first I was irritated by how fast you were talking and showing stuff. Then I kept pausing the video to follow better. And I did. And I solved my problem of syncing my subs online. Thanks a ton!

    Can you set a custom character limit to reduce the length of each subtitle block?

      literally just type it out manually in a notes file on your computer and change it to an srt file after you export it

    I have some subtitles that are a little out of sync, is there a way to add or subtract a couple of seconds to all time stamps without going one by one?

      Hello, yes you can drag the subtitles box in the timeline to change the duration

    Thanks! Veed is perfect for my use. I wish that Subtitle Edit was available for Mac users. That's a really nice app to edit subtitles. But thanks to you, I now have Veed as a source to edit my SRT files. Mostly to adjust the timing sync. Does it all in one shot, instead of manually changing each line.
    The only thing Veed is missing (from the free version), is the ability to assign a colour for the subs, when they are hardcoded into the video. I use Handbrake to hardcode subs to my videos. But it doesn't allow you to customize subtitles. It has to be done in the SRT file, or the app you are using to view the video. eg. VLC. But that only works for softcoded subs.
    Also, do you know of any sites that can convert SUP to SRT, and/or IDX to SRT? Didn't see this option in Veed. Cheers.

    If one (a stupid person like me) would need to create mechanically an srt file as it was possible in the past, what would they use? there's nothing in the market, or what?
    Two days searching and haven't found a thing.
    If I still had Windows, I would use Subtitle Workshop but I migrate to iOS;
    I understand how much faster this is. I left because i was too slow finding the right place to put the subtitle.
    I want to translate a quotation not voice on the documentary, pls I want to tweek here and there because when it comes to a subtitle in a foreign lgg, it will not go always as a close caption one.
    The programs do not open the video anymore. Which is stupid because no one is going to load a video in a subtitling program to watch a movie. it doesn't make sense.
