I know this is an old video but I just wanted to say thank you so much you just helped me so much I have been working on this old go kart for a week now and I bought a new clutch and it still only ran when I put the back wheels on blocks and I came across your video and tried it so now I can ride it so thanks again

Thanks for posting this! Just got one myself! After riding a few times was looking in the manual when/what maintenance is due and this is recommended after each ride, just like you recommended! Just need to borrow your chain oil! Gotta do the “ounce of prevention...” :)

You can adjust the throttle screw to limit how much he can turn the throttle and limit the mph speed.

Man you take good care of your bike lol, we never oil the chain or clutch and we ride all the time.. we oil and maintain it like once a week and we typically ride for a hour every day or every other day

I believe the bearings on the clutch shaft should be GREASED not oiled
only needed per 10-20 hours

thank for the help but I just have a question on why you have a jack shaft on your mini bike? why not just go clutch to sprocket or tourqe converter

Hey I just picked up a used one for my kid and noticed the bolt that holds the clutch was loose. How tight am I suppose to tighten that bolt? Is there a specific torque spec? Thanks in advance.

tighten it, it should be tight enough to not loosen upon vibrations and loose enough that you won't damage it trying to get it back off

So I just got a Coleman ct200u used governer off he said it’s fast and it looks fast very bigger than I expected once started it idled fine and then if I give it a blip of throttle the whole bike rattled like crazy like very bad any ideas? I’m a dirtbike owner my first time trying mini bikes I ordered a chain master link cause the chain is off and not linked it’s like in a straight line so he told me I’ll need a master chain link so I ordered that but that rattling is what’s getting to me any ideas? And how do I tighten the centrifugal clutch chain is it suppose to be loose?

just oil it ! doesn't take 5 minutes to do it ! 3 in 1 oil with the extendable wand , bam , it's done

My clutch is completely unreliable. New bike. Takes really high RPMs to get it to move at all. Then it just decides to move whenever it wants.

@@Nathan-kz6ky Already sold it. It was barely functional out of the box. No excuse for something to be that terrible new.
Seems like they'd want to make the experience as fun as possible for kids instead of that crappy.
