Call it what you will black and white pudding, boudin noir and boudin blanc, I love it! I like the white because it’s simple and delicious, the black or blood because it has far more flavor, rich, iron, both are great. Saw the haggis comment, my response is the same, I’d definitely do it if I could find the ingredients. It’s also delicious! Rock on Joe!

Looks absolutely Delicious . We all have our own Black Pudding in Trinidad as well it is made from pigs Blood. A few people make their own and there's a main producer of Black Pudding called Charlie's Black Pudding. You may get a few videos on youtube about Trinidad's Black Pudding if you're interested.
