Appreciate that this house has a next gen. That really helps with visiting parents or guests. Icon has unique tray ceilings for sure. This home would be better with a 3 car garage and the built in shelves / tankless water heater are a huge plus. I'm not a fan of modern/contemporary design or interior, but I do like the floor plan. Really love the size of the pantry! The bigger the better for me. 😉 Agree those pull outs need doors on the peninsula & I'd want some kind of built in hutch w/coffee bar in the dining area for more countertop & storage space. Also love the laundry room w/doggy wash station, large covered patio (which I'd screen in and put 1-2 ceiling fans for our hot Texas bug filled, summers), & the master bath and closet are really nice too. Those stone walls outside need to be taller in my opinion (with steel spikes on top honestly) for security purposes bcuz El Paso is close to the border & there's a concern with all the cartels around. Something to keep in mind if buying out there. Thanks for sharing this tour with us. Sorry this comment is long. Lol 🌞

Icon does a nice job building houses. This one is beautiful but not a fan of the closet doors. If I had a choice, I would do a barn door for the closets. I love the kitchen and living space. This property could definitely use a couple of trees and some shrubs.🌲🌷🌱☘

this home is in a new subdivision of El Paso. most people put trees once they buy a house. if you want grown trees you can go to older parts of El Paso like west side by UT El Paso where you can see more older trees.

White American supremacists are more dangerous. Remember the mass shooting at the Walmart in El Paso a couple of years ago? It was a Christian white supremacist from Texas who drove hundreds of miles from elsewhere in the state to murder many Mexican-Americans in the store. It wasn't some cartel.
Lol as funny as it sounds its actually a pretty legit and serious concern if you’re planning to live here. It's not just the cartel, the drug traffickers, DEA agents and border patrol combing the areas regularly and all the tension that usually comes with being on the border is what keeps a lot of people out of these areas.

Need a home built in GA or any tax free state... that is why I look at Vegas and Texas... then Tennessee which I've seen home at 5 Million there but no pool or no yards... but in a prominent location allegedly..... most of them have not been HOA communities... but those homes are built up to that 2 - 3 Million quality but they be asking too much for them at 5 Million but that build quality is worth 2 - 3 Million...now add that pool and pool house with outdoor kitchen and entertainment... they may get what they asking for.... LOL

you are correct but you also have people that leave El Paso and come back with money. I live in the DFW and want to go back to El Paso. Homes in the DFW are about the same and wouldn't get a home like this...this in the DFW is about 850k to 1M. plus working from home is becoming a thing and most companies are ok as long as you stay in the state you where hired in.

Love the house! Love the style of architecture! What I didn't like were the closets and all those exposed hinges. They looked really cheap. The price is amazing, but that's because you have to live in Texas. And that's a big NO for me and for many people. Texas politics? No thank you! (Unless Beto becomes governor there ... then things will improve ... but Texas is horrible).

I was just in El Paso last week visiting family and their are a lot of plates from california...let me tell you california is coming to Texas.
Plenty of people moving to El Paso. It's an old resilient city and very safe.
