I absolutely love this farm style Toll Brother's house. Love the amenities and so many upgrades throughout. I love the large master bedroom with the sliding side door, beautiful bathroom and closet area. The kitchen and living space is lit! The landscaping in the front yard is well done. Nice backyard with a huge pool. Very impressive house with lots of wow factors. Great presentation, Chakits. :)

What a stunner of a house and garden this will be once complete. The interior designer really outdid themselves but I agree with you about an external door instead of a window and did you notice that they tiled to the ceiling in all the bathrooms, I am so bloody chuffed.. I like the microwave at eye level because many times you need to keep an eye on what you have in there. Especially for making hot cereal, melting butter etc. Also I'm short at 5 feet so don't like microwave over my head and I don't like bending down to look in a microwave.
Hey Chakits, thank you for the property tour. Farm house is not my style however, the contemporary interior design is on point. You can do no wrong with Toll Brothers. They have the best floor plans, designs, attention to detail and obvious quality of build. This would definitely be a second choice for home style. BTW, the lot size is phenomenal!

Farmhouse like this needs black frame windows throughout. The only place they put those is in the sales office which will get demolished when they add the garage door.
Love this home, but there a few things that need to be changed. The master bathroom needs a makeup vanity. And the master bathroom tub has the faucet on the wrong end of the tub to be able to layback and watch the TV.

Beautiful home! Love the floor plan. However, it was the interior designer who made this house AMAZING! Might be the best interior designed I have seen on TH-cam. Clearly checked off all of my likes! Just a bit too far out in the burbs.
I think my only complaint (confusion?) would be why the tub in the master faced away from the TV. Sitting with your head under the fossette could be dangerous Outside that this place is incredible.

Agree it's overpriced, since it starts at 811k, i bought 1m will do it, at least 1.5m ... which is kinda crazy for the area..

Best floorplan I like the floating cabinets and the cool mountain wall in the 4th BR. This house is well into 1.0Million range. Nice Farmhouse design.

Vinyl can also be Vinyl clad Aluminum . If it's heavy then it's likely Aluminum clad in Vinyl .
