Thank you for this video! I left last year after a divorce from a violent wife that used this religion to control and manipulate. Tore me up for years and I always knew something was wrong. We fall for this as most of us were raised in this cult, were instilled with petrifying fear, and subsequently, we are all repressed and controlled. I needed this video as I am deconstructing everything as I have realized how wrong and what a lie this all is. The JW GB is absolutely rotten, evil, controlling, manipulative, and are responsible for destroying millions of lives through this high control group and its tactics. They have ZERO remorse and have no love for its followers. I wish more JW's will wake up, but again, blinded by fear, this is a very difficult thing to do. Salvation depends on coming to know who the Only True God Jehovah is. And also getting to know who Jesus is in God's purpose. See Jesus' prayer at John 17:3. The rest is maturing as a Christian. Being able to answer anyone who: 1 Peter 3:15......always ready to make a defense before everyone who demands of you a reason for the hope you have, but doing so with a mild temper and deep respect.
Revelation 19:1 was a "deer in the headlights" for ignorant JWs that never read that verse before. I mentioned it to my mother in law about 15 years ago, and the conversation was over. She had NOTHING. 6 weeks later, she came back with the "That could be a great crowd of anything, like angels". No......NOOOO! I brought it up to a young man on the street that approached me in a grocery store parking lot, and it literally stunned him. It took him 3 times reading that verse before his eyes opened and saw that it plainly said "in heaven", and he physically jerked back from fear. That conversation was over, and instead of trying to "go for the kill" I gave him the gospel. He was speechless. In love, I gave him the REAL gospel, not the WT horror flick of never knowing for sure if you're saved or not, followed him back to the car of 4 young men, who never came to his rescue, but looked on like guppies from a fishbowl, and they drove away while I was preaching the gospel to them all. I too cannot go thru these verses without feeling anger and frustration concerning how gullible these poor people are when listening to the WT "interpret" FOR THEM. @jimjuri6490 If you want to really know, I will explain. Yahweh poured out His grace on mankind. Grace that we needed to keep us from being separated from Him because of our sin. Grace is given to US, by pouring out Jesus' blood for the remission of OUR sins. Grace is what we get, instead of getting what we deserve, which is death. Mercy is what keeps us from getting what we DO deserve. The Holy Spirit was IN Jesus, and was preparing His way, as He carried out the Father's will. Still with me, or are you just a JW troll thinking I spoke empty words? So simply put. JWs, as long as they follow men in the WT, will never experience God's grace and mercy, and find salvation in Christ's finished work on the cross, because they, you, don't even know Christ died for YOU, personally. There is one hope ,but with different destination, 2 peter 3:13 new heaven and new earth, revelation 20 there's the first recsurreccion to heaven and the other on earth.

The great crowd of Revelation chapter 7 is identified a those who escape the destruction of this system unscathed. See verse 9,10,14. Compare with Matthew 24:13. The resurrections happen after this (Acts 24:15). This great crowd of survivors are there to help the resurrected ones acclimatize.
JW say the kingdom is a government where the annointed (humans from earth) will reign over humans on earth from heaven. We currently live under human governmentts that rule us...and it doesn't work obviously. Why would God use the same set up for his Kingdom ??? Seems ridiculous to think that a government of humans even perfected humans will rule over perfected humans on earth.....human rule does NOT work.
Annie, I have respectfully disagree with you. It was always God's intention that humans should rule as co-regents. In Gen 1:28, God blessed them [humans] and said to them, “Be fruitful and multiply! Fill the earth and subdue it! *Rule* over the fish of the sea and the birds of the air and every creature that moves on the ground.” They forfeited their rule when they sinned. Yet God would not be bested by sin. God the Son became human and lived the perfect life and died as an atoning sacrifice. Upon his resurrection he sat down next to the Father to rule as the Davidic ruler (Psa 110; Heb 1-2). The perfect human (who is also God), rules from Heaven. Soon he will return from heaven and will reign on earth. Christians (all Christians-not a special class) will rule with him. The problem with the JW teaching is that it is partially true with a whole lot of error. A human is currently reigning in heaven, and will come and rule the earth, and Christians will rule with him-it is none other than the God-man, the Lord Jesus Christ. Something to point out to JW's is that Jesus said in John 3 that a person has to be _born again_ or _born from above_ in order to be part of the kingdom of God ("see the kingdom of God"). How many JW's do you know that claim they have been born again? Yet they think they will be part of God's kingdom on Paradise earth. Sorry, Jesus said a person has to be born again. Regards, Kevin

David, if God appointed a human to rule over creation, why do JW's claim that Jesus is an angel? *For he did not put the world to come, about which we are speaking, under the control of angels.* Instead someone testified somewhere: “What is man that you think of him or the son of man that you care for him? You put all things under his control.” For when he put all things under his control, he left nothing outside of his control. At present we do not yet see all things under his control, but we see Jesus, who was made lower than the angels for a little while, now crowned with glory and honor because he suffered death, so that by God’s grace he would experience death on behalf of everyone. (Heb. 2:5-9 NET) The writer to the Hebrews is making the argument that God the Father has not given angles the rulership of the earth, but has given that to a human-Jesus. He is ruling right now, which means right now there is a human in heaven sitting at the right hand of the Father-Jesus, the Davidic ruler, who is also the eternal Son, the God-man. I'm not interested in disputing Jesus' deity right now, my point is that Jesus is human, right now, in heaven.

the Great Crowd is different from the 144k as the 144k are the ones who are only specifically SEALED in their foreheads as Rev 7:3-4 states. The great crowd in Rev 7:9 is out of all nations and tribes and tongues and peoples. Different from the 144k. and you are mixing up the great multitude in Rev 19 as those are angels and spirit creatures in heaven, notice it says there in Rev 19:2 - he has avenged the blood of his slaves that is on her hands. Even the worldwide Roman Catholic church is at loss how to explain or interpret the book of Revelation. Their priest cannot answer who the 144,000 are and whats God's purpose in creating man to live on the earth?...Why didnt he make men to live in heaven in the First place? Why did God go to great length to create our planet earth for if he wanted everyone to live in Heaven with him?

The Great Crowd are standing on earth because they have escaped death and come through the final tribulation. Rev 7:9,10,14. Matthew 24:13. They are shown separately after the chosen 144,000. The 144,000 are chosen. Those who inherit the earth are not. Cf Matthew 5:5.

Thank you for this video! I left last year after a divorce from a violent wife that used this religion to control and manipulate. Tore me up for years and I always knew something was wrong. We fall for this as most of us were raised in this cult, were instilled with petrifying fear, and subsequently, we are all repressed and controlled. Annie, I have respectfully disagree with you. It was always God's intention that humans should rule as co-regents. In Gen 1:28,
God blessed them [humans] and said to them, “Be fruitful and multiply! Fill the earth and subdue it! *Rule* over the fish of the sea and the birds of the air and every creature that moves on the ground.”
They forfeited their rule when they sinned. Yet God would not be bested by sin. God the Son became human and lived the perfect life and died as an atoning sacrifice. Upon his resurrection he sat down next to the Father to rule as the Davidic ruler (Psa 110; Heb 1-2). The perfect human (who is also God), rules from Heaven. Soon he will return from heaven and will reign on earth. Christians (all Christians-not a special class) will rule with him.
The problem with the JW teaching is that it is partially true with a whole lot of error. A human is currently reigning in heaven, and will come and rule the earth, and Christians will rule with him-it is none other than the God-man, the Lord Jesus Christ.
Something to point out to JW's is that Jesus said in John 3 that a person has to be _born again_ or _born from above_ in order to be part of the kingdom of God ("see the kingdom of God"). How many JW's do you know that claim they have been born again? Yet they think they will be part of God's kingdom on Paradise earth. Sorry, Jesus said a person has to be born again.

The writer to the Hebrews is making the argument that God the Father has not given angles the rulership of the earth, but has given that to a human-Jesus. He is ruling right now, which means right now there is a human in heaven sitting at the right hand of the Father-Jesus, the Davidic ruler, who is also the eternal Son, the God-man.

the Great Crowd is different from the 144k as the 144k are the ones who are only specifically SEALED in their foreheads as Rev 7:3-4 states. The great crowd in Rev 7:9 is out of all nations and tribes and tongues and peoples. Different from the 144k. and you are mixing up the great multitude in Rev 19 as those are angels and spirit creatures in heaven, notice it says there in Rev 19:2 - he has avenged the blood of his slaves that is on her hands. The Great Crowd are standing on earth because they have escaped death and come through the final tribulation. Rev 7:9,10,14. Matthew 24:13.
They are shown separately after the chosen 144,000.
The 144,000 are chosen. Those who inherit the earth are not. Cf Matthew 5:5.

The great crowd COMES THROUGH THE TRIBULATION. The tribulation is on earth. Obviously these have to be SURVIVORS standing ON EARTH.

(Matthew 24:13) But the one who has endured to the end will be saved.
SAVED means saved from dying in the coming tribulation.

If mankind doesn't exist on earth how could God's protective tent be upon them.
The rest of the scripture says:
'he will reside with them, and they will be his people. And God himself will be with them.
Humans do not go to reside WITH God in heaven. God's presence is felt by human ON EARTH.

Let's look at what the Bible says at Rev 7:9-11,14,15 After these things I looked and behold , a great multitude, which no one could count, from every nation and all tribes and peoples and tongues, standing before the throne and before the Lamb, clothed in white robes ,and palm branches were in their hands
10 and they cry out with a loud voice saying, salvation to our God who sits on the throne and to the Lamb

Note that it does not say the great crowd are standing on earth and it does not say because they have escaped death and come through the final tribulation.

The throne of God is in heaven and it speaks of all the angels were standings around the throne and the great multitude standing before the throne .
It says nothing about the great crowd are standing on the earth .

Whom will these CHOSEN rule? Animals? Trees? Rocks? Mountains?

Obviously Jesus and his chosen ones will rule humans living on this earth.

JWs are being gathered by God to be the Great Crowd of survivors. These who will be the foundation of the New Earth.
