    Great video - I did the boat method on Thursday - with an 18 hour rest - except after letting the brisket cool I wrapped the boat and brisket in foil for the 18 hour rest - going to try your method next time and just put the boated brisket in the roaster with the top exposed -
    Thank you for the new rub recipe - might be good with pork shoulder as well

      I use a 22 qt Aroma Roaster - $59 bucks at Wal-Mart - works great

    I like your turkey roaster technique for holding your brisket over night. What size and type of roaster would you recommend? Thanks

      Not sure of the size of this one, got it secondhand. HOJO BBQ said he’s using a 22 quart. Mine is at least 18qt. Thanks for watching!
