1 hour unpaid lunch. 30 minutes total paid break. Total of 9 hrs in the office. 7.5 hrs productive time
@@ReaNinja Good! I wish I could have an hour lunch, 😁, 30 minutes lunch isn’t not enough, while you prepare the meal it takes 10 minutes, 15 eating and 5 minutes remaining to take a breath and keep going 🥹😞
Thank you for this rea ninja ❤😍

Good to know that. All the best! 🤗
wish all the calls were as clear and easy to understand like the one you are showing here, you should make a video with a call with a lot of noise and unclear English pronunciation which are the most common ones.
I wish too! You can listen to some imperfect calls on my Mock Call Practice video playlist on my home tab. I'll make more soon. This one here is an ideal call. 🙂
Can you please create a mock in sales acount

Mark Gacho Hello trainer 🤗
I'm about to have my Job Offer this days and i am a newbie in the industry. Is there a possible scripts for us, first timers to use whenever the training starts and even in the real time of working? Thank you.
There are scripts, but most of the time you have to create your own. 😊
What do u say when someone say they lost their job?
I'd say "I'm very sorry to hear that. I know it's tough and I sincerely hope your situation gets better soon."
