I’m a 68 year old woman who’s had to be responsible for myself since very early childhood. The effect on me has been one that you have articulated here accurately. This video is inspiring. Thank you. ❤ from 🇨🇦
Sis, you're doing a great job in me. Within just 24hrs of watching your videos (maybe 10 or more so far), I feel like a complete different person. Woooooohh! 🕺💃 Thank you and GOD bless you FOR me.
Another response of not being able to relax may be a result of growing up within African households. I was connecting with a friend the other day about this. Oftentimes, our parents may do this as a response to how they grew up, or they believe this is how to prepare you to be hardworking in life. Whatever the case, it's equally important to realize this was necessary for that period or stage of time (typically academics). However, I agree with you. Regardless of the cause, rest is extremely important.
Hello Ayanime, thanks for all these videos. I always look forward to them every week. You inspire me. Are you on Spotify podcast? It will be amazing if you also have an audio version of all these videos. One of my favorite things to do is to listen to podcasts while I do house chores and this will be a beautiful addition to my life of favorite podcasts on Spotify 😊😊.
I am not supposed to be commenting with my Tv channel, but this is an eye opener for me❤ i can't do everything by myself actually. Thank youuuuuu so much
Ayanime, I have often heard that if you had any argument with your partner, things should be okay with him before sleeping don't take it to the next day, but tell me if it's his mistake and he hasn't apologized properly what should be done. Should I talk to him or go to sleep
The issue about that belief system is that it doesn’t allow the person who did wrong to apologize truthfully and it puts you in a position of having to “beg” or “demand” an apology. Sometimes it’s good for the other person to realize that you will hold them accountable for their actions and you’re ready to walk away if they don’t do right by apologizing truthfully and changing their behaviour.

Thank you for this video 🙂
Ayanime, you see me, the first point is so me.
Sadly, it's the reality for most women, that's why I'll always say that "self-awareness is a superpower."
Excellent. Very correct.
Thank you kindly 🤍
Amazing video!
Glad you think so! 🤍
