Thank you for this video many women did not have someone to tell them this in their youth like I did. I agree with most of your tips. Wearing the proper undergarments or foundation pieces is very important. You have to keep in mind the fabric and if it is lined. Also wearing the wrong fabric with your under garments for example wearing thick cotton underwear with thin silky pants or skirts. I appreciate that you shared yourself as an example.

I agree with most of what you said. I do think you can wear full briefs under quite a lot of clothing though. The trick is, like you said, colour choice, but also fit. I feel like too many women wear their underwear too tight and what you see is them digging in. You want ghem fitted so they gently hug your body. Not tight, not baggy.
