It's Just Condensation, water from your car exhaust system is absolutely normal and is nothing to worry about. It is just condensation being vented while the engine is running. You're most likely to notice this when the outside temperature is cold and when the engine has not been running all that long.
No mods, it's very much factory. I do have short shifter in my E46 M3 but I think it's useless mod if you are not really banging gears at race track. For everyday driving stock is the way to go. But it's personal preference.

275/40/19 square set up. I went with more side wall and gives that beefy tire look. Also more comfortable ride

I honestly don’t know, it’s more than 14 years ago when i got them. But they are straight thru with holes in the middle.
