Death metal isn't made for people that hate heavy music. Dance Dance Revolution isn't made for people that only like hardcore fighting games, etc. Niches exist for a reason. Because everyone has different tastes. And that's okay.
Such a mentality kills creativity and is pretty much what led to why the industry is so bad today. Companies and their developers try to go with what's safe and would appeal to everyone, rather than taking risks and creating a game that is revolutionary and ground breaking.

The only time I saw a false copyright claim go to court was when a guy uploaded a parody of a woman streamer crying and she took-down his video. The whole thing kept escalating until they went to court. She lost and had to pay for all of his lawyer fees and court fees.
Sargon of Akkad had a case a couple years ago versus Akila (?) where she struck his videos and formally sued him. Then went on bragging about how much money she was going to get for it and how much she doesn't care that his kids will starve as a result of the lawsuit. She lost big time and had to pay all of Sargon's fees and then some.

I mean even when it comes to Elden Ring it's been the first Souls type game I've gotten into from the start and enjoyed a lot without really giving up on at all yet. I've finished it twice now. Elden Ring is probably the most accessible FromSoftware title. The thing that put me off past titles was the fact of you got really stuck on one boss there wasn't much else you could do. You had to just power through it. I'm Elden Ring you csn just go somewhere else for a while and sort of recharge a bit and then come back to it later.

All of this could've ended with Quantum just taking the L and taking the criticism (after all thats how you improve yourself and your brand) but instead he is effectively speedrunning his career into the ground by abusing the copyright system and than going to out of his way to dox The Act Man and make threats. Normally I don't wish the termination of someone's channel but what he is doing is obvious going against TH-cam's TOS and guidelines and even to an extent breaking the law, he should be banned and not allowed to come back.

When you counter your have to go file and provide TH-cam with the proof that you filed forgot how long they told me it was but I believe it was only a few weeks
Something people should know: Counter noticing is different from appealing. Counter noticing is a legal mechanism whereas an appeal is a TH-cam mechanism. When a counter notice is filed, the person who filed the takedown has to take action within 10 days or TH-cam is legally obligated to put back up the video that was taken down. The person who filed the takedown must submit official legal documentation stating that they will take legal action in order to prevent the video from going back up. From this point forward TH-cam is out of the picture and it is a fully legal process. Many people mistake counter noticing with appealing. These are NOT the same things. TH-cam is not legally obligated to tell users about the counter notice option when their video is taken down. Additionally, many who DO know about the counter noticing decides to not take the action because they can be held for perjury if the court rules against them.

Every piece of art is meant to cater to a specific audience, whether it be movies, games, novels, comics, music, etc. Adult horror movies aren't made for little girls playing with barbie dolls. Death metal isn't made for people that hate heavy music. Dance Dance Revolution isn't made for people that only like hardcore fighting games, etc.
Niches exist for a reason. Because everyone has different tastes. And that's okay.

The only time I saw a false copyright claim go to court was when a guy uploaded a parody of a woman streamer crying and she took-down his video. The whole thing kept escalating until they went to court. She lost and had to pay for all of his lawyer fees and court fees.

Then went on bragging about how much money she was going to get for it and how much she doesn't care that his kids will starve as a result of the lawsuit. I mean even when it comes to Elden Ring it's been the first Souls type game I've gotten into from the start and enjoyed a lot without really giving up on at all yet. I've finished it twice now. Elden Ring is probably the most accessible FromSoftware title. The thing that put me off past titles was the fact of you got really stuck on one boss there wasn't much else you could do. You had to just power through it. I'm Elden Ring you csn just go somewhere else for a while and sort of recharge a bit and then come back to it later.

There has been cases about counter suits for copyright abuse. Most are settled before litigation at trial though.

Watching this in full screen made me do a reality check. I was so confused why my computer clock was telling me it was 1 AM and I had Opera browser open(which I dont use).
All of this could've ended with Quantum just taking the L and taking the criticism (after all thats how you improve yourself and your brand) but instead he is effectively speedrunning his career into the ground by abusing the copyright system and than going to out of his way to dox The Act Man and make threats.
Normally I don't wish the termination of someone's channel but what he is doing is obvious going against TH-cam's TOS and guidelines and even to an extent breaking the law, he should be banned and not allowed to come back.

If they were trying to discredit him, shouldnt whomever hacked him leave the social media up?

When you counter your have to go file and provide TH-cam with the proof that you filed forgot how long they told me it was but I believe it was only a few weeks

Something people should know:
Counter noticing is different from appealing. Counter noticing is a legal mechanism whereas an appeal is a TH-cam mechanism. When a counter notice is filed, the person who filed the takedown has to take action within 10 days or TH-cam is legally obligated to put back up the video that was taken down. The person who filed the takedown must submit official legal documentation stating that they will take legal action in order to prevent the video from going back up. From this point forward TH-cam is out of the picture and it is a fully legal process.
Many people mistake counter noticing with appealing. These are NOT the same things. TH-cam is not legally obligated to tell users about the counter notice option when their video is taken down. Additionally, many who DO know about the counter noticing decides to not take the action because they can be held for perjury if the court rules against them.

the single time i got a copystrike on a video, i saw there was a smidgen of info on counter-noticing and did it since it was a strike from onision post-suing christopher hanson, so i felt pretty confident in that plus my channel being not even a speck of dust on this platform with barely any vids and extremely low sub count, thus not being worth any legal action against since the viewerbase would be severely limited for my vid
