    Crispy and crunchy Potato Chips you can make easily at Home. The best Potato for potato chips is Russet Burbank potato. I used same in this Recipe.
    Ingredients:-
    1 kg Potato (Russet Burbank potatoes for best results)
    1 Table Spoon Salt
    1 Table spoon White vinegar
    1.5 Litre Water
    1 Litre Refind Oil (I used Corn Oil)
    Method:-
    (1) In a bowl take water pour white vinegar, add salt and dissolve it.
    (2) Wash potatoes and make thin slices using the grater. Carefully grate. Immediately put potato slices in water and leave it for 20 minutes to get soaked salt, vinegar and remove extra starch.
    (3) Strain out the water and spread slowly on kitchen towel. Let it to be little dry off under fan. Approx an hour.
    (4) Heat Oil on a medium heat and place the dried thin slices into the oil. (do not put too much in one time)
    (5) Stirring slowly and fry until crispy and light brown colour. Take out of oil through strainer and use tissue
    paper to remove excess oil.
    (6) Serve with tomato ketchup or after cool store in Zipped airtight bag. Enjoy fresh homemade Potato Chips.|
