Dude, the service isn't expensive at all considering it is a 1000cc bike as I paid 7500 for the first service of my 300cc bike BMW G310RR at just 1000kms, and I recently clocked it to 10k kilometers where for the second service, brand charged me 12k for servicing my 300cc bike (They changed brake pads, brake fluids, engine oil etc. )

Legal speed limits are 100 at few highways like Dharwad to Tumkur . Most places have 80 upper limit. People riding 120 140 are danger to human and animal life . They have right to lull themselves but not to others . Please do not recommend such speeds which are illegal in India . Because of few super bike riders , normal riders like me are also facing brunt of local villagers on highways .
Myself upgraded from Versys 650 and felt Ninja 1000SX more easy to manage with its center of gravity lower help its weight distribution. Ground clearance was big issue for me and had to install full system exhaust which increased ground clearance. Heating is manageable even in city traffic and I get around 20 kmpl filling XP95 fuel.
@@samonkar5693 Kawasaki recommends 95 octane fuel...mostly I fill same but in remote places when it's not available then not option other than filling normal petrol...
Hi this is Guru here. Yes, the pillion comfort is top notch especially when you have mounted the top box. I recently did a ride to Agumbe from Bangalore with my wife. She had no complaints :)
By the way, today i fuelled up my almost dry tank..I filled it with 19.6litres with another litre left at least... (Bill and pic available) What i claimed was true. Wishing you all the best for your next Himalayan ownership 😅
