  • Many of us fall victim to waiting to start living syndrome, but you always have the power to start living your life right now.
In this video, we sit down and discuss the topic of waiting to start living syndrome. I first came across this term in Eckhart Tolle’s book “A New Earth” and it has stuck with me. As someone who is passionate about designing and building a life aligned with my most authentic self, I wanted to share one of the perspective shifts that has inspired this passion beyond measure.
It’s common to wait and put off certain things in our lives until we stumble on the “perfect” or ideal moment where we’re more confident, more secure, more (fill in the blank). But the fact of the matter is, that time will never come. The time is now!
So, let’s sit down and identify some of the main hindrances that hold us back from living life fully and figure out how we can pivot to a new mindset characterized by taking risks and stepping out of our comfort zones.
If you have any questions, leave them down below!
    Until next time my friends.

That was such a spot on point of emphasis that I really ressonate with! A could not agree with you more. I can not believe how many young people who are not living in the moment. Young people's do not truely love and accept themselves and have been led to believe that social status, money and achievements ar the way to happiness. That is conditional love and a bad recipy. It is dopaminergic in a literal sense because it literally trains the brain and nervous system to go for the next goal related dopamine hit instead of stopping and enjoying the moment. Young people in most western societies have to understand that they don't have to work to become good enough for self love achievement some day in the promise land. Instead, they have to have the mindset that they are already there.
