All your videos are awesome! Informative and as a man that has started out with twists and now using the interlocking method to lockout, you have helped me on my journey. Thank you for your content! (All the way from Kenya)

Alright cousin! Came back strong with the gift of knowledge out of nowhere! Murry Crimma to you too!!
Edit: We also need an update on how the shampoo is doing for your scalp.

Murry crimma!!!!!! The scalp has been scalping in all the right ways. Between the shampoo and incorporating intermittent fasting in, I feel like I’m finally back to a good place. That was a good six weeks of being down with a sinus infection and flare ups left and right.

Thank you for sharing my granddaughter started my locs I am one year locs but I got dandruff bad why

I have really bad dandruff too. Part of it is my scalp issues that I’ve had for a long time now but part of it is that now my scalp is exposed to the wind and elements because of the parts whereas in the past my scalp wasn’t exposed. So that causes more dandruff for me.

@@angelamcgee7813 I have this same issue, before and after I started my loc journey. I've had dandruff majority of my (46years old) life, especially during the winter season. Just a little TMI, I USE TA get dandruff in my eyebrows and on my forehead 😅. I wash my hair/scalp with "Selsun Blue - Medicated Shampoo (the RED top)," twice a week or as needed. Note: this shampoo is medicated, so it can get messy and the smell may be a bit strong for some. #ItWorksGreat #TheRedTop

Try cloves and rosemary tea on washdays. I use the tea to dilute my shampoo. Let it sit a little while before washing off.

My thing is …I want mine to have some of the attributes of twists locs and braid locs 🤦🏾‍♀️ I want the uniformed look that braid locs give but also a full look because my hair it thick but a lot more denser than it used to be ..I’m not too sure how it would look all braided up in the beginning…but then my hair type is 3C and getting twists they may unravel

You might just have to be patient and endure what your hair looks like braided for several months. I think it would be worth it to have it braided and not have to stress about the unraveling.

@ yes! I agree. I’ll just stop stressing about it and stick to the braid method 🤦🏾‍♀️😂
