@@SanDeezyBreezy61986 Borko there is no Borko now go get your shinebox!!! (Borko is the guy posting these videos)
This plot line really shows the depth of what a psychopath Tony really is. He knows his "friend" has a gambling problem and preys on that weakness to take everything from him.
no, he told him don't play at first, but he rlly wanted so fk off ... its pur human, you don't listen to my advice so why warn you again ?
It was 100% Davey's fault he mixed friendship with business with a mafia boss
To be fair he gave David a chance not to get involved. David should've learned his lesson at Richie's game.
@@blackvillain4479 Saying this as a recovering alcoholic. You clearly don't understand addiction if you think that.
@Karl P. Horse I do understand that it's easier said than done, but I also know people are also capable of learning lessons. I don't want to hear " I'm addicted to xyz therefore I can't possibly change or leave well enough alone". Once again i understand eveyone can't fight their urges, but at some point personal agency has to kick in. This is coming from a guy who had a cigarette addiction and quit of my own volition(talking about myself here).
I love how when he's drinking coffee he tries to get every last drop out the pot. Sums up his life.
I look at it as he is shit out of luck
" A serbian who uploads Sopranos videos in bulk ! "
He was an interior decorator. He killed 16 Czechoslovakians.
Really? His channel haters looked like shit...
"It's my nature. The sacred and the propane, y'know?"
and all the coolers better be wrapped in a "mellifluous box"
@@goldcassel Yeah wrapped in Melfi's box.
@@mrobermind I don't mind going home and getting my fucking Melfi box
Guy goes from Kicking the terminators ass to crying in a tent ⛺️. Gotta love acting!!🔥
This is truly how a gambling addiction ends up unfortunately. You lose everything.
1:10: I love that look on Paulie’s face as he sips on the ramlosa water as if he’s saying to Davey “This is our business now!” 😂
“Vegas huh?
Boy isn’t that dark foreshadowing.
What do you mean?
@@bookeblade His gambling would continue there
@@Jsimms1324that's not really foreshadowing it's quite explicitly telling you what he's going to do
“You say it’s a promotional device, Customer of the Year, Uploader of the Month.”
I like the part where Tony was in it. I wish they had did more with his character.
Columnist George Will once stated that Americans lose more money to gambling (rehab, debt, treatment, lost work hours & productivity) than they do to alcohol, gambling and drugs combined. I live in a city with casinos. When I first moved here, I shared a rental with some of the employees of one of them. Some of the stories that I heard from just a technician who serviced the slot machines were absolutely heart breaking. Thank the good lord that I gave it up decades ago.
Tony’s look when he says “Vegas huh?” says it all
This was an entire story unto itself. Well done.
The lengths and depths Tony went to to rationalise the way he lived...
Everyone does it in some shape or form
@@stairwaytoheaven8 Not really lol.
@@HOTD108_ Yes really you don't know what the fuck you're talking about
You have to do that when your in that kind of life
I believe that Tony had some sort of an organ theft scam on the side. It explains why he made Davey get all of those coolers and why he went apeshit when Georgie was throwing ice away at the Bing. What say you, Borko?
Good observation. But we can only geuss
@@thekameleon9785 Yea I doubt that was the writer's intention.
I was just trying to be funny. No way that was the writer's intention.

This show was a major reason for me never gambling or taking blood pressure medication 🤣😂🤣
I taked blood pressure medication yesterday and suddenly I want to fuck a man in the ass. Wtf is going with these homo mind washing pharmacists.
You probably could have just got a note from your doctor
Thank you borko for posting another lovely video and on my birthday no less!
Happy birthday!
Happy Birthday
Crazy how Tony was so chummy with Davey, until it was money time. Then he just turned into an absolute shark. But Tony did warn him a few times
Last time I checked it was more than a few times and more than just a warning
"Get back in your office David!!" That cut to Pussy slays me every time for some reason
"Hey remember that time I replaced Mulder and we chased that ufo-"
"Don't reminisce on me."
This fate could have easily happened to Artie Bucco.
Its proof that in a weird way, Tony genuinely considers Artie a friend. He saved Artie from himself and never gave him the opportunity to lose everything.
Artie was Tony best friend, his favorite restaurant, and the one and only best friend Tony ever had, Dave’s was just a high school friend
Artie is not a degenerate
@@vasvas8914 No but he is incredibly gullible and easy to manipulate. Tony had so many opportunities to take his restaurant a la Goodfellas, especially once Charmaine and Artie separated.
*Tony reminisces*
Davey: remember the time…
DONT REMINISCE ON ME
Don't you ever remember things around me.
Supervillain origin story.. 4:40 Was his last moment as David. You can see in his eyes as he glances up, his character is different and colder now... His speech is different and he is more determined. After the Tony ordeal he now knows what he has to do, and has nothing to lose. After leaving that gym he was furthermore known as the notorious and ruthless supervillain, who also attacked the mafia.. The Rammer
It's the closest Tony ever got to buying Varsity Athlete equipment.
"A Nigerian."
Lmao
a lot of them sell merch on the streets in the East Coast. Nigerians tend to have more money than other Africans, and easier for them to get to States.
@@takerdust he didn’t mean that - he meant a black person.
*"Remember, Anthony; you should never ever gamble."*
That scene is so powerful
And then he becomes a fat, degenerate gambler himself in season 6.
One of the funniest sub plots in the whole series. Literally did all of this to himself
Tony laughing at davey in the tent is one of the most sociopathic things ever. He really isnt treating it with the reality it is.
3:55. Tony justifies doing what he does. Consoling him 😂😂😂
Wonder if richie got that soft drink of choice with that chicken and peppers san..
LOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOL
Chicken and peppers san? FUCK. YOU
I'm wondering if spit shine tommy had a blue or a red shinebox. And if he bought it off a Nigerian.
@@munky123jw you're a funny guy..
Chicken and peppers.....fuck you
Imagine doing this to your family and life so you could play cards with the big boys..
I understand the temptation. You see other guys (and in your mind you're just as good as they are) playing high stakes, and you think, "Why shouldn't that be me?" I play $.25 video poker. It'd be fun to play the $1, or even $5 machines, but I know I don't have anywhere near the bankroll to withstand the downswings at those stakes. But I see how the high-stakes players get treated. Nice offers and comps from the casinos, perks in the high-limits rooms, etc. But if I get tempted to play at those stakes, I have to tell myself, "You know how fast $100 can disappear playing quarters? Now multiply that by 4. Or 20." Same with live poker. Gotta play within your bankroll.
“Hey Borko... YOU’RE DOING A GOOD JOB!”
Tony should have recruited Davey as an enforcer. Imagine Davey T1000ing the NY crew until nobody's left.
That last line says so much about the character...Fly right into Vegas, half an hours drive...What a terrible addiction.
These alternate scenarios to my life are like the twilight zone. It makes me really happy my dad never got mixed up in this stuff.
Richie running a scam selling coolers on the street for $2-$3 always cracked me up. How many is he having Davey order? 20,000?
A gross is 144 (12 dozen), 14 gross would have been 2016 coolers.
When Ritchie wanted the Red Cooler even Tony Smiled in approval - few times in the show he does
Just when I thought I was out borko’s sopranos clips pull me back in
Borko: "Whens one of these HBO employees gonna see my videos and call the cops?"
Foods here , Put that on Borkos tab
This 1 and the next 1
"A couple three bucks a piece." Richie must be taking arithmetic lessons from Phil.
It must’ve been sad when davey’s wife realized that her husband was beyond help and the best thing for her and their son to do was distance themselves from Davey
In a lot of these clips people make reference to Tony being a sociopath but this is the scene that proves it to me. Takes a trip down memory lane, reminiscing about them being school friends while still squeezing him for his last drop, then shooting him down abruptly when he shares a memory of his own.
3:10, Tony is so honest with Davey and why he tried to warn him to not get involved with the high stakes games. Don't cry now!
1:51 might be the angriest line delivery Tony ever made in the show.
Tony loved Davey like a brother in law
The fact that he let Davey live and move to Vegas meant that he did like him. So sad
Tony was a real friend to Davey. Almost like a big brother.
Imagine the pizza guy hearing they’re not going to pay for the coolers and putting the pizza on the store tab 😂😂😂😂
