Syr Konrad is definitely a fantastic inclusion and I always forget about Species Specialist. I want love the card and want it to find a good home so badly
I've been trying to build a deck for Felisa since the spoiler and the one thing I can't lock down is how I actually win.... I can try to ping opponents down with the usual cards like Blood Artist, Cruel Celebrant, etc. but at that point I might as well just play my Tesya Karlov deck. So it seems to me that the best way to win is to make a BUNCH of inkling tokens with Felisa (preferably on your opponents end step as they come in tapped) and then pump them up with Cathars Crusade and Felidar Retreat, etc. and swing at people for a lot of damage in the air. Love to know what others think!
I think going wide and growing your board may be the best non-combo win con in the deck. Bring them lower through blood artist esque cards and then finish them off with a big token attack

I was really underwhelmed with the Silverquill deck but I must say this commander looks really intriguing.
I was too, this card was underwhelming to me until I really got into it and figured out its actually quite powerful

@@elderdingushighlander found one other good one ninth bridge patrol. He doesn't care if they are tokens. So for every token he gets a counter. Dang

Felisa is fun but not powerful. Anything below Teysa, Orzhov Scion isn’t powerful
