Decided to do a little upgrade for the vsports exhaust and remove the MAGNAFLOW mufflers completely , check out how the difference in the sound .

I have a 2012 cadillac cts 3.6, you have shown me what i have been asking for , i love getting mine done on the 23rd of this month 👍👍👍
It may not sound as good on your , the 2012 is not turbocharged also the vsport has no resonator it’s pretty much open pipe all the way to the back .
Love it! Quad tips is definitely a must to push out the drone, and our V rear bumpers helps get rid of a lot of drone and vibration with pipes being moved underneath everything. It drones a lot more with regular rear bumper
Sounds good both ways but the magnaflows just sound more naturally throaty as the muffler delete sounds more for a track car. Plus people forget the way the magnaflow are designed they get louder overtime as the inside dampening wears down kinda a break-in period.

Awesome, I had no idea a simple muffler delete on a CTS would sound soo good. Soo many cars get a lot of drone with no mufflers but the great thing about some of these luxury vehicles is that they have a lot of sound deadening. I guess it also helps you have the quad tips to make the sound exit from outside the vehicle and not under. I have the non V 3.6 and I'm still stock but I want some more sound, I think the magnaflow set up would be good for m e right now. What magnaflows did you have on your vsport. I'm thinking I can get those, the only difference would be that the non v sport has the inlet/outlet size of 2.25 instead of the 2.5.
Turbos are natural mufflers. This helps a lot with the sound.
What kind of magnaflows are they ? They sound great I’d like to do the muffler delete but mine is a daily so the magnaflows would work better

I own a 2014 CTS 3.6 (non turbo) and I had them install two Super 10 Mufflers. (Flowmaster) and it sounds great but I think it would sound even better if I just did a muffler delete. Questions I have if you don’t mind. Is it legally in California to not have a muffler? I mean for smog? Will it pass smog without Mufflers? Also with this muffler delete is there any thing that might trip an engine code without the Mufflers? Thank you so much. I appreciate your videos btw. Thx.
Deleting mufflers won’t trip a engine light , and check your local laws I don’t know the laws in California .

I had a 2008 and 2010 before 3.6 abs they sound good . Just know you will have some droning when just cruising .
I have a 3.6 non v and might do this. Does it sound like a Honda when driving at normal speeds in the city? Or does it still sound good & mean? I don’t want it to sound like some Honda when driving like around 30-35 mph? You don’t smell exhaust with the windows up or down by doing this muffler delete do you? Thank you so much. Appreciate the advice.
It’s not a 4cly so it wouldn’t sound like a Honda , and no removing mufflers wouldn’t give u a smell , the mufflers just muffle the noise , but don’t forget you have a natural aspirated engine I have turbos so it may not sound the same .
PRviewsvlogs I already had them out two Super 10’s in ( flow master loudest) and it sounds great but once it warms up I can barely hear it unless I step on it! So I’m thinking of having the 2 super 10’s removed to get me that little more aggressive sound! Plus I can have them use the super 10’s on my Silverado. So they still get to be used being they are only a month old. After watching your video and others I think it will sound great even with the 3.6 aspirated. I thought if doing a Muffler delete it would be illegal in Cali but it’s not! Or if it would give any engine but you & others say no. So I will go with it. Where did you get your exhuast tips from?
I got those at the shop they did the work , I would recommend savagecadillac.com , he has a few options

No it’s a CTS Vsport it’s the Vs little brother lol
It’s has a 3.6 V6 twin turbo instead of a supercharged 6.2L V8
What do you recommend for my 2014 cadillac ats as for performance muffler?I want it loud but not too loud!without sacrificing the mufflers

Ok so I had a 2.0T CTS and honestly never did anything with exhaust for the simple fact that I’ve heard 4cylinder vehicles and didn’t want the car to sound like rice burner , I say do a down pipe on the car from ZZP and call it a day , it’s gives it a more deeper tone but no rasp or annoying noise .
@@PRviewsvlogs so I watched few videos with down pipe replaced as u mentioned it sounds good but I was looking for more rumble that rich deep bass sound!
Another one you can try is the magna-flow muffler I used to have it on the vsport before I deleted the mufflers

Check your local laws I don’t know .
Yes you can as long as you still have the resonator. You need at least 1 resonator/muffler, and your exhaust decibel level cannot go above 95.
Thank you for your time to bring this review out, very informative. question for you buddy did you gain/lose hp and are any noticeable increase/decrease in mpg ? Btw In terms of sounds the magnaflow kinda tuning down the sounds to were you wanna keep it low profile and still enjoying this humming quality sound, muffler delete option is definitely louder for whoever likes much more sound. 🍻

What ?? You talking about the resonator ?? If so , then no only muffler delete
@@PRviewsvlogsTrifecta now offers an option to turn off the artificial in car exhaust sounds with their tune and some people are disabling their in car noise cancellation as well to better hear their actual exhaust, especially if they went straight piped. Might be a good video idea...

Did you leave the resonators on when you did this install?
Vehicle doesn’t have a resonator , it has cats and it straight piped to the rear into the suitcase muffler
@PRviewsvlogs Awesome, you're right. I got muffler delete and there isn't any resonators. However they used smaller diameter pipe it looks like and not the same stock size. I can see the pipe they added fits into my stock exhaust. Did they use the same size pipe on yours?

I think things should me more thought out when doing stuff why cold start in a garage how would we get a true depth of a sound in a eco chamber garage smh 🤦🏾♂️ I be loving ppl but alot of you guys don’t need youtube channels. There’s no thought process what’s so ever
