Yea but arenât cherries/cherry juice fairly acidic and not ideal for acid reflux?
Some with acid reflux actually have to little acid and are making digestion worse with ant acid.
Sadly many drs do not test acid instead they give antacids
Okay, I still want to know if it could be problematic. I donât doubt the overall benefits, but drinking it prior to bed could still trigger symptoms.
