Hello there, I have the same brand of computer and I bought a new stick for it but I have been having problems. The 2nd slot you used has the same clip mechanism as the Im trying to add to but for some reason the ram doesn't clip in well. I pushed it in as much as I can but my computer still doesn't read it. Is it possible my 2nd ram slot is damaged?

Hey hi...my dell lap ram is sk hynix 4gb I want to upgrade to another 4gb.. Most of them telling using another brand ram will spoil lap.same brand only have to use on both slots...how about u bro

really helpful video! I never knew how to install ram before this. Quick question, i have a late 2013 dell inspiron 15 3567 i think i forgot the model but it looked just like that but it was 15.6 inch. does the one i stated have 2 ram slots? if not its okay and, would it open up like it did on that? i tried opening it up and i saw a hard drive and a ram slot with one 4 gig stick. i looked for more slots but there wasn't any other one. is one stick of 8 gig memory fine?
