This app is no longer available in App Store. What other app can I use that is compatible with my FLIR DVR

I am having problems with connecting to my phone like other users (failed connection) please can you suggest what might be the issue, any trouble shooting if it is the password etc,I am putting in my wifi password and using the sub (not main) as on the video.
You need to put in your DVR password, not Wi-Fi.

So my port forwarding is on and open I’ve registered my product but it still will not connect... my DDNS test are even failing now why? What should I do?
I would not think this system is as hard to set up as it is but I was wrong.... anyone out there aware of a quicker way to set up?

The instructions that came with the NVR are very poorly written. FLIR no longer is in the visible light camera business, although FLIR owns/owned Lorex, the product was sold back to the original Chinese manufacturer of the product. Downloading the phone app, although I searched for FLIR Cloud, it installs as Lorex Cloud. These instructions are only for installation on a local area network. To install the app to reach the NVR from outside the network takes a little more doing, if you understand port forwarding and so fourth, probably not a big deal. But this video sure does not explain it. I wonder why there was no voice, no speak english?

Go into the menu of the. DVR, go-to maintenance, under network, then system it should show the connect status , model number and we code
Lastly , since lorex dont get the phone I will opp using the old adage , dont put all you eggs into one basket, I will not buy another lorex combo but a different brand, thus not being totally shut out the next time they fire a bunch of tech people.
Oh yeah, my Mydlink cameras app was very easy to set up, those cameras gave me the most trouble operatiing them but the app is very easy to set up in a new phone.
I have mine set up , went to a new phone and lorex is not answering the phone to help me, Im sorry but it looks like youi just typed in a bunch of letters out of the blue, I actually typed in everything I know to be right, It says over and over Failed connection, I have tried my password, the default password, I tried everthing but tapping my heals three times and saying Please refund me my money for this dam thing, I tried the app that was on my old phone first, the I tried seven other apps, if they woule just answer the dam phone it would be nice, you see I have this thing called a life and I need to get past this problem, Let me type my heals three times, Please hired more help lorex for getting the phone, please hire more help, please hire more help. ha ha , meanwhile I get a headache,

I have the same problem, I only have images when I'm on the same wifi that the camera is connected to. Very annoying
How did you get video quality up ?

I couldn't access the cameras remotely either. I found the cable modem/router had port forwarding off by default. Turning it on fixed the problem. (port 80 and port 25 forwarding were off). You'll have to reboot your cable modem after turning port forwarding on. You also might need to change the "device/ip" field to be your cable modem ip address, not device id. Still use port 35000 when logging in. (and your ip address is NOT 192.168.1.1 :)

How do you know your id
You need to register your device with ddns.hanwha-security.com and create ddns account, that is going to be your ID. Port forwarding on your router is also required.

I can't get this app to work. Do you sign on with your DDNS account info or your home router info? I want to use the app on my laptop and cellphone. I keep on getting "time out"
