Walmarts refrigerated salsa varies by area, we lived in AZ for 10 months and they had a bean salsa refrigerated one that was soooo good! Also had a hot one that my husband liked a lot. Moved back to CA and they have completely different ones but still pretty good. I don't like jar salsa much. Also, I Looked for frozen chicken wings at my walmart and they didn't have but I'm gonna find them At another store to make some wings!
Since you like cayenne you would love my favorite concotion.it sounds weird but you should try it, its a can of corn drained and you mix in some mayonaise and cayenne pepper. it is so good!!

I eat eggs everyday for breakfast with my protein diet but they are so bland.. i put salsa on them almost everyday with a bit of avocado =D
