OXTAIL SOUP INDONESIAN RECIPE

Hi everyone welcome to Kiky Cooks. In this episode, i'm going to cook Oxtail soup with Indonesian recipe. Oxtail soup is my all time favourite Indonesian soup. The combine smell of the nutmeg and cinnamon makes my mouth water with anticipation. The fresh tomatoes, celery and scallion makes the soup taste so fresh. Anyway...you can find the ingredients down below. 😁
INDONESIAN OXTAIL SOUP
Ingredients
500grams Oxtail
4 cups of water
3 cloves of garlic
5 small shallots
2 stalks of Chinese celery
2 stalks of scallions/spring onions for the garnish
1 whole carrot
1 whole potato
1 whole tomato for the garnish
1 cm of ginger
1 star anis
1/2 brown onion
2 tbsp of oil
2 tsp powdered beef broth (or to taste)
1 tsp salt (or to taste)
Splash of ground nutmeg
Splash of ground cinnamon
Splash of ground white pepper or black pepper
Splash of sugar (you can omit it)
