What a brilliant conversation. Loved the stories & wisdom from Ed about life being the quality of your emotions, and the points on intention, checking in with yourself "is this still what I want?" and plucking weeds through awareness and stillness. Thanks so much!!! ❤

I loved his vulnerability, his reference to his father’s alcoholism… his healing journey … I thought years ago I addressed it, I am revisiting it now.

This is the first time I burst into tears while listening just a podcast. I've got very emotional when Ed was talking about his papa.
It reminded me my grandma, how gentle and loving was she towards me. Why and how did I forget all of this beautiful stuff about my childhood?
Anyways, Ed is truly phenomenal person. So grateful to found him.
Thank you Jay for this amazing podcast.

What he said about anchoring into the good moments by snapping your fingers or doing any physical action… I wrote that in my meditation journal 2 days ago before I watched this almost word for word. This was confirmation that I’m on the right track! I almost couldn’t believe it when I heard it!

I am a full time independent artist & entrepreneur. I have been playing saxophone all my life & I started a consulting company in 2020 helping independent artists like me make money online (you are most qualified to help the person/people you used to be). If I am being honest been struggling with time management. After hearing Ed talk about how he breaks up his days into 6 hours that is such a game changer. I was taking full days to focus on one business at a time. But now I can do both things & make progress on both businesses each day & double my productivity! & still watch Netflix lol. Looking forward to what happens in the next 90 days! Thank you Jay & Ed!

The thing Ed said about you have to make a deposit into someone b4 u can make a withdrawal... my therapist told me that years ago in reference to myself & reminding me to conduct self care so that i can better care for the ones i love bc i give away all i have wo depositing anything back into myself then i have nothing left to give them... that advice changed my perspective & my life ❤

Usually in therapies everyone is looking for something negative to de-root and heal, however it's much more beneficial to have a positive anchor.
