Hey man I need help, when you are taking the bumper off you unscrew a few screws from the top of the bumper which reveals black plastic bodywork that the bumper is screwed into... I am missing that plastic part for the bumper to screw into and I need to know what the part is called so I can buy it, can you help please?
Hi, can someone help I'm having problem fitting a Msport front bumper on 1 series 3 dr hatch 2013 114i, the top bolts fit okay but there is a aprox 1 inch gap on either side where the two bolts go into the wing.
I've just bought a cat N, F20 M sport, and need to remove wing and bumper, can you confirm bumper is all plastic ?? Was there not a parking sensor plug ??
Not on this car as it was pretty low mileage but on others yes they can seize solid or the clips behind can snap and spin round without unscrewing. If they’re stuck you’ll have to snap them or grind/drill the heads off.

Hi Shax, The lights are different so even though the bumpers on their own will be a straight fit you’d need to do a full conversion with the LCI (facelift) lights too 😀
@@IAMASPANNER on autodoc you can get a plug and play version of xenon headlight. left and right side are +- 470 euro toghter ( product number is 1281285, but i dont know if they will work on right hand drive)
Hi mate. Thanks for your help! I had a question relating to replacing the passenger door of my car - had an accident and it seems better to just replace the door rather than get it fixed. Would I need to replace the lock on the door as the front passenger door doesn’t seem to have a key hole? Would the new door just be plug and play with the central locking system?

Yes, as long as it’s from the same shape car. Yours will be an LCI model whereas the one in this video is pre-LCI.
Wait whutt.. how does that bumper comes with a spotlight? We have those bumpers here but there are no spotlight attached to it. Just a blank plastic.
M Sport or M135i? It seems very odd but you can’t get an M135i with front fog lights.

Did you get sorted? It sound like the bumper is twisted or the bottom part isn’t in properly if it’s leaving a gap.

It will be very similar on the LCI models regardless of the spec.

Bumper is all plastic. There wasn’t a parking sensor plug on this car because no front parking sensors.
Thanx, I've replaced the wing and now trying to get it back together, aswell as the parking sensors I've got the headlight wash to contend with. !!
the headlights were intertwined onto my 1 series convertible bumper, broke a headlihgt clip!
The 1 series convertible is based on the previous model 1 series, not the one in this video. Sorry you had trouble.

I’m not sure if there’s a door module but even if there is you could swap it over too? It should be plug and play if there isn’t a module in the door
