Same scenario. 2011 ford f150 jets are cut and all the buttons work but the keywont start the truck. I need to do whatever the forscan thing is so I can start the truck. Also have remote start. It not currently enabled on the truck but it's installed, not sure if the for scan tool can turn that on or not.
I saw a video about how someone programmed the same key fob to activate the command start by pressing the lock button THREE times, but now i cant find the damn video. Since you have the forscan, you wanna give it a try? Command starters are really nice up here in northern alberta!

I don't know, I used it on an F250.
All he hasmd to do is after he took the first key out put the new key 🔑 in an turn it onces it gets out of the key mode it starts done it alot for ppl
