Hey Jim, Just did the front pads and rotors on my 2013 Hyundai. The back 17mm bolts held me up a bit (had to use penetrant) but the rest of the process went very well thanks to your instruction. Thanks for your no nonsense and practical approaches in your video's. You're one of the good ones. Peace!

I must be easy on braking. my 2013 Accent has 85,000 miles (original owner) and just now planning on doing 1st brake job (no brake noise from wear bar yet). thanks for posting and listing the tools needed, really appreciate it. going to look at the plugs while I'm working on it.

Wow we also have a 2013 Accent with 85k miles (original owner) on its original brakes. Still not sure if I want to do this myself in the apartment parking lot in 40 degree weather or just have Hyundai do it along with manual transmission fluid flush. Spark plugs are due at 105k according to the manual.

Do you need to take the lid off the brake reservoir before you push that caliper back?

You made that look easy. All the pros do. Your video gave me the confidence to try it myself.

Remember the rear ones might be a bit different, my wife has the hyundai accent and mine is an elentra, the pistons might require a special tool to push it back you can borrow from autozone. Just make sure the pins on the pads are aligned with the hole on the piston.

Thank you for your video! You are a real professional and explained in details. I heard a cycling chirping sound on my 2015 accent these days. I was wondering if the sound is caused by wore-out wheel bearing. After watching your video, the could be the indicator contacting with the rotor. Will jack it up and check!

To make it easier, you can turn the wheel for easier access to the bolts.
