    This was my first workout with you. It was great. I'm 50 and my heart rate spiked so much during the workout I took several minute long breaks and skipped the HIIT finisher. (Not really supposed to do HIIT for more than 20 minute intervals at my age.) I think just about every muscle I have will be sore tomorrow ... which was my goal, so thank you!

    There's no enough words to thank you. You changed not only my body but also how I feel with myself. It's been long time since I felt this strong. I'm not working out for appearance, I'm working out because after years with back pain due to my work (I'm a programmer) i though there was no hope for me. Everyday was a pain, even cleaning the house was painful.
    I started with dumbbells, switched to resistance bands and then found your routine. Almost two months with this, dunno why I never got bored. I hated squats for years but you made me love them. My dumbbells feels like moving air now, I've never thought I could feel that! I wasn't able how strong i was until last week when I carried water from the car till my house, stairs included. 12L per arm and i was like "this feels lighter than before". I've started with X-Light, my upper body was sooooo weak. Now I'm on the hard band, i can follow all the routine without resting and i still have energy.
    As i said, there's no enough ways to thank you for this. I'll be happy to see more resistance bands workouts from you. If you ever come to Mallorca, I'll be happy to invite you to a dinner (or whatever you like) to thank you.

    The finisher is a misnomer because it feels like it NEVER ENDS!
    Also I feel stupid that it never occurred to me to wrap the bands the way she does for kickbacks or hip thrusts (been holding them with my hands for both moves using bands, her way is so much better!)

    Great music, great moves, great workout. Thanks kaykay! Anybody who has never done a band workout should try one. It is easier on the joints but is still highly effective. And you can take a band anywhere. No excuses not to workout!

    Excellent workout! Small tip: in flys and pushups, twist the band once, it’ll allow to keep it better in place AND you can easily tell where the middle of it is!
    After this I am sweating tons!!

    As a man I actually skip workouts that display women only in their thumbnails because judging from my experience it barely happens they do what I prefer to do. This unit here tho I am glad I tried. This girl totally finished me today. What a great workout, and what a great shape she's in. Much respect

    Here’s the thing. th-cam.com/users/postUgkxS7ex6L4sMqpaTn4LnBPyBmRQsSingL8y These are not meant to be stretched to 12ft or 14ft or whatever else where you’re a 6ft person, stepping in the band and trying to do standing shoulder presses. If they tear, (assuming they’re not defective) then you’re trying to stretch them way too far. For a full body stretch, bands should be like three feet long, doubled over. Don’t buy the bad press. A fully extended reverse fly is avoid as far as you should stretch these. If it’s too easy, use more than one band at a time.Not rocket science.

    Mega Workout 💪🏼 mit dir trainiert es sich einfach am besten 😍🙌🏼 ich persönlich trainiere nicht gerne mit diesen Bändern, da ich 1) mega tollpatschig bin und mir so ein Band schon das ein oder andere Mal ins Gesicht geklatscht ist 😅 und 2) mir immer die Hände weh tun und 3) ich so ungeduldig bin, wenn ein Band verrutscht oder Ähnliches werd ich einfach schnell sauer und verlier meinen Fokus 🤣 aber du hast meiner Meinung nach das Beste rausgeholt 👌🏼 Übungen, Musik usw. waren spitze 🤩

      Danke für dieses Feedback! Ich weiß genau was du meinst, hatte auch den einen oder anderen Urlaub gebraucht um sie für mich perfekt nutzen zu können! Aber inzwischen weiß ich wie krass effektiv sie sein können. Danke Liebes, freut mich sehr, dass du dem Workout vor allem dann erst recht eine Chance gegeben hast! 😍💪🏼🙏🏼
