    This bike still makes a hell of sense.I would pick this over KTM 200 twins any day and even a good alternative option to Duke 250 as well.I wish the price of Non abs would had been a bit lesser.

      The price of standard version is cheaper than that of RC200, that is its prime competition. And RC200 also doesnt have ABS option.

    Nice review👍
    That yellow colour looks absolutely stunning. Would definitely turn some heads on the road.
    And because of its price @1.63lacs, bullet-proof reliability, super refinement, versatility etc.; it still makes so much sense to buy this bike over ugliness(pulsar rs), too focussed attitude(r15, rc series) or vibrations and niggles(hello rr310).
    Also with few right mods CBR250R could be your weekend supersport/track bike(like stiffer forks etc.), or your daily commuter or your trusted sports cruiser/tourer.
    There are sport bikes who claim to do it all, but none does it better than the legendary CBR250R...period...

      Aditya Kadam if this is your first bike then go for r15, if not then go for abs variant cbr250r

    • @kevinderrickmorrison9072
      @kevinderrickmorrison9072 6 ปีที่แล้ว +8

      Go for cbr250r abs version. Its a good rider friendly motorcycle. Power delivery is very linear and not at all aggressive.You will be able get in sync with the way it performs. Dont think it is outdated the new r15v3 engine still comes with sohc whereas this age old motorcycle comes with pgmfi dohc set up.If engine and performance is ur priority, go for cbr.It still looks great,very practical for both rider and pillion.

    • @pramathewyayawar6934
      @pramathewyayawar6934 6 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      Aditya Kadam
      CBR250R hands down over R15. R15 is a very focussed sport bike. CBR250R on the contrary is a versatile sport bike. Its riding position is much less committed than R15. Its lot more comfortable. Its a lot more powerful.
      And above all it is a CBR. Worlds most famous sport bike brand.

    All the Honda previous CBR250r models have the kill switches too..Except the cbr150r doesnt come with the kill switch..Dont know the latest one comes with a kill switch or not but the previous cbr150r didnt have any kill switch...And roughly a milege of 34km/ltr can be optained on the cbr250r...On the highways with a avg speed of 100 to 110kmph the milege decreases to 29 to 31km/ltr...Have been riding it for 4 years and done almost 80k kms on it..Its one great machine..But hoped it had some added features in the latest 2018 model like the led indicators, maybe a change from metro contigo tyres, fully digital speedometre and maybe a abs on/off feature etc

    • @RoadsUnraveled
      @RoadsUnraveled 6 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      Without doubt: Honda CBR250R. I had ridden Dominar, bike is good but lacks a premium feel and character.
      Just another bike on road with Pulsar tail lights.
      Apache 310: aggressive seating, ur balls will soon complain, heating issue and most importantly NO pillion comfort.
      CBR250R is tried and tested motorcycle.
      Speed is not everything, reliability and durability are also important. Comfort is supreme on cbr, refinmemnt which none of the above can even come close to.
      Thanks

    Hi I'm planning to buy second hand cbr250r and having two option present
    1) 2013 model with front tyre is like 70% gone and oil seal damage, he replaced rear tyre and engine sound is smooth & bassy.(odometer reading 12500km)
    2) 2015 model with both tyre changed before 12k km and rattling sound coming from engine, one mechanic said it might be due to valve or tensioner that can be confirm once he open engine and check !! (odometer reading 23700km)
    What you people suggest which one sound I buy ? They both asking ₹120000. Both are Combi ABS version

    Apart from cbr650f and Honda Fireblade
    If we are being honest,all other bikes and scooters in Honda line up is plain bland. Competition offers way more for lesser price.
    Honda really need to up their game.
    Another generation of Activas won't do.
    Where is the Cb150r exmotion?
    Where is the Cbr250rr
    Where is the Honda Pcx?
    Where is the cbr300r
    Where is the Honda grom?
    High time Honda stopped fooling us Indians.

      sounak bar all that will be introduced in the Indian market brother. I mean not all but few of the model that you have listed. Honda said they will introduce more products by 2020. And this is due to bs 6 emission norms are going to be introduced soon.

    • @taerkasten5090
      @taerkasten5090 6 ปีที่แล้ว +3

      Well, at least honda it's doing their job to bring new models without a year or two of delay, Honda in mexico already doing it that and is a bad commercial practice, example, we receive the first version of the hornet 160R as an 2017-2018 model and the bike was showed up in 2015 and for make the matter worse, ¡we received the STD variant and not the DLX with rear disc brake!, two years of delay since the bike launch and then honda send to mexico as a new model also for make the matter even worse no word about the launch of the Hornet v2 to my country , In the aspect of the CBR250R we still have available to purchase the first variant, no the second one than comes with preinstalled Led frontlight, Also in april for the mexican market we will start to "Receive" the CB250F Twister from brazil, but i'll doubt about, until i'll dont see live the new model, dont believe, am happy with my CB160 but the only meh about it is than is the STD model, not the one than came with rear disc. Honda really must start to treat with respect the customers globally.

    • @ZantoshGaming
      @ZantoshGaming 5 ปีที่แล้ว

      India is just a market for Honda. It's a money making machine for Honda. We are in 2019 and Honda still sells Activa with an outdated suspension that's horrible, features that are bland. The only good thing about the Activa is the engine. Compare this to TVS Jupiter - which has one of the finest suspensions on a 2 wheeler after Wego, industry leading features and fantastic after-sales service or Maestro Edge. It's time people started looking at Indian companies which are leading in quality and features and are seeing incredible success in exports. It is time for Indians to support Indian brands and reject foreign goods which offer no value for the Indian society.

    Hi bro. Present I was with Gixxer 2015 model and I was facing gear hard issue with which my shoe is getting damage. I was planning to upgrade my bike. Daily I travel 30kms maximum in hyd city. My budget is 2lakhs. After I took the test drive of pulsar RS 200 I felt my Gixxer is far better in case of comfort in driving because RS 200 vibrants alot. My bike completed 40,000km and still it is very smooth. I use to service in Suzuki service centres only. I am decent rider who thinks that the pillion also should be comfortable. Can I go for Honda cbr 250r.? Is there any gear hard issue in Honda 250r.?
    Please suggest me

    Could have atleast brought the 300 a little more power it would be perfect but hearing cbr 400r might release vs the kawasski 400 but we know honda, been letting us down with launches for years

    • @febincj9865
      @febincj9865 5 ปีที่แล้ว

      Go for cbr or duke 250 as both bikes engine characteristics are almost the same
      But for touring go for cbr & if you want great power go for duke
      Both the bikes are comfortable
      Cbr is great for pillion comfort

    I am really really confused between akula and honda. I had a tvs bike before. Not a big fan. Had a lot of issues over time. But 310 rr is so much loaded. But. Then there is reliability of Honda. I just can't decide.

    • @pramathewyayawar6934
      @pramathewyayawar6934 6 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      Siddharth Patnaik
      RR310 is suffering with plenty of niggles. Whereas CBR is known to be bullet-proof in terms of reliability. RR310 suffers with vibrations, where CBR remains butter smooth throughout its rev range.
      Price, brand, new improved looks, reliability, smoothness, legacy.....just name it bro.....CBR rocks.....period....go for it....

    • @abhisheksenapati2497
      @abhisheksenapati2497 6 ปีที่แล้ว

      Why do you think so? Can you please elaborate. Am really confused between Domi n CBR. CBR has very very reliable needs no explanation on this.. Even Dominar has done the Trans Siberian Oddesey that speaks of its reliability as well. It would cost 45k or so less. Has more power on offer. What prominently makes me worried about CBR is availability of spares (owners views) Which has been an issue even after selling in Indian Market for over a decade now
