Wow Lean! I tried this and your energy orgasm exercise and felt the flow within! Thank you so much for all these!
I was wondering if there are ways to focus these types of practices towards nursing of chronic pain in the back and the knee?
Thank you and love you! :)

      Hi Zack
It's amazing that you feel the energy running through you. Yay!
I know a man who healed his broken neck by moving this energy through his body. He did it all day every day for months until he was healed and could walk again. He also allowed the energy to circulate and visit the injured part of his body a lot.
Breathe, feel this ball of golden bliss move through you like a slow-motion pinnball machine. Bringing awareness and flow i to the are could possibly also release some trapped emotions.

Hello Lean 😊 You're truly a beautiful woman, my girlfriend and I love you dearly 🤗
I wanted to ask what you did through your journey of the spiritual awakening, what healing modalities you've tried and was your background as a dancer a big part of it?
Please if you could share what healing modalities you're aware of and have tried

Thankyou for sharing this meditation. I've been getting into feeling my hands and the depth of touch and feelings of my two hands caressing together. I will do more of your meditation to help me work gently with my kundalini energies, and being present in the flow throughout my day.

@samsonben274 the healing avenue will be different for everyone. Everything aligning you to your body and your emotions will be excellent. For me it was dancing - body and soul. And my voice movement therapy. That really aligned me to the emotions and vibrations in my body. It is all about coming home into and through yourself. To realise the Divine Within.

I have a question - do you feel like you're still working through trauma/ triggers/painful emotions alongside the blissful energy or do you feel like the healing work is done now that you're able to spend so much time in alignment with source?

@lilithperkins2061 thank you for asking. I find it is still a rollercoaster ride. There are times when everything is so miraculous and aligned, and then there are times when the old trauma patterns come pull me off track again.
[I once saw myself in a dream. I was a bit older and had so much peace glowing in and through me.]
I keep this version of myself in mind and keep working at aligning to her. The road is still full of obstacles and successes. It is like learning bit by bit - Learning to be in alignment and learning to identify when I am not in alignment. This whole thing is a road we are on, and opportunities for deeper and deeper learning keep on presenting along the way.

@sensualbuddha thank you for your response, that's helpful to know and makes sense. Do you use the same approach of feeling into the body and bringing awareness to emotions and sensations when you work with trauma patterns as well? Your embodied approach resonates very deeply for me, and I'm trying to bridge my understanding and experience of working with trauma with my more recent explorations of lifeforce energy and spirituality. I also trained in Voice Movement Therapy about 20 years ago, and I've always felt that the body holds the key to so much transformation possibilities. I'm very glad I found your teachings, they are really helping me on my journey. Thank you 🙏🙏
