Ok I suppose it wasn't in spite. I do feel that he changed and was trying to right all of his wrongs that he made. He was remorseful. It is quiet an accurate representation however you can't just forget what he did to Kurt. I think that you are right but I feel that even though he has changed and is quite nice, he still hurt Kurt, outward and in.
