Not sure how to explain this, i was born and lived in Oregon most my turbulent life's journey, i am now 67 years old and had to make a huge geographical move which is to Arizona, my son and his family had to make this move as well but they had been in Florida for 12 years, Florida didn't work out anymore for them like Oregon wasn't good for me anymore so here we are on this 5 acre property, its a brand new canvas for us to nurture and become more ingrained to this strange and gorgeous atmosphere, the sky here is huge plus hills all around us, when i left Oregon i was extremely broken, barely breathing, i had no hope, but here i am with family and we are learning about each other after so many years apart, i have two grandsons here to get to know, sad i had to leave my older son and grandkids in Oregon but we are working on making new family traditions for the years to come. You are a wonderful inspiration, thank you for sharing so many avenues to life changes that you go through your self, its magical no matter how old we are or to become we take it all with us as our learning tools while on this amazing planet.
Thank you so much for sharing Dianna ♥️ cheers to you for taking the leap and slowly finding your way back to the joy of life while adjusting to a new place om earth ✨ have a lovely day!

Another beautiful video Nicole! And such a ever relevant and changing topic in life. Its a beautiful approach you have toward feeling / finding home 💛 And of course I am still as inlove with the painting you made for me as the day I got it. It truly fills my heart with joy every second.
Ooohh Anneke, I'm so glad to hear that you're still in love with the painting 🥰! Thank you so much for watching and your incredibly kind words ❤ have a wonderful day dear!
You seem to be quite secure in your life at this time. There is always room for improvement no matter how long we live our lives. You must experience a great sense of accomplishment in your art work being able to create your different natural pigments.
I’m a little lost for words through your comment, because just today thoughts about my insecurities as an artist were keeping me busy 😅… thanks again for watching!
@@nicoleschyns I am sorry for making that comment. I was not trying to criticize. I want to watch the video again to get a better understanding. Have a nice weekend!
Please don't be sorry, I did not take it as criticism 😊. It is a very important lesson that reached me again through your comment: people can perceive us quite differently than how we may feel inside at the moment. Have a lovely day!
Thank you Nicole for your very thoughtful video. I loved the painting that was going to south Africa.🥰 Tell me please, when you were making the paint, I saw that you added water to your pigment and then a few drops of a white liquid. What was that white liquid? Does your paint stick nicely to the canvas? Thanks again and have a wonderful day ❤
Hi Debbie! The white liquid is binder, which you need to make the pigment stick to your canvas. I use matte medium or a caseine binder (natural option, but a little harder to process). Have a great day!
🏠 Have you left your home country as well? And what are the most important factors for you to feel at home in a new place?
Twoje filmy dają tyle spokoju i ukojenia. Jesteś moją artystyczną inspiracją i bardzo świeżym odkryciem. Pozdrawiam serdecznie z Polski ❤🌸
