Nicole, your video is heaven sent. Just what I needed at this exact moment. Nothing else to say other than thank you again. 😁💖 Oh, and Happy New Year 🌟
Great video! I still like that frame with the patterns on it. Change can be good if you let it. It’s almost a sort of cleansing of your life. Happy New Year and best wishes for 2025!🎇
Dear Nicole, you can be so proud of yourself for taking this huge step out of your comfort zone. My fingers are crossed and I send good thoughts out there for you and your artwork.❤ 2024 taught me once more that nothing is more consistent than change. Have you thought about talking to a therapist about the panic attacks? Sometimes the roots of such big fears are laying far away in the past, but cause us pain in the present moment. ❤ Maybe you can make change to a new routine for yourself in small ways to get used to it and to notice, that you survive every change. For example brushing your teeth with the other hand, going to a new sports class or trying a new creative technique. Going a different way to the supermarket... I also recommand you to journal about the strong feelings that are connected to change. When did you have your first panic attack? What has been the biggest change in your life and how did it make you feel? When did you start to be afraid of being seen? Maybe there is something for you. ❤ Greetings from Germany Antonia P.S.: Happy new year to everyone 😊
Wow Antonia, you are my therapist 😘! I think I had my first panic attack when my husband told me he is going to learn how to drive on a motorcycle. That scared me so much. I went to therapy for it then, which really helped. Now I'm joining him on the back of the motorcycle sometimes, which I'm really proud of. Still, anxiety and panic attacks sometimes come back. Everything is in phases, sometimes it's there and then sometimes it's gone for weeks. Thank you so much for your incredible kind and loving comment 🥰❤️ sending you a big hug! And happy new year to you as well!
