The two tracks Mario Kart mods like Whale Lagoon from Sonic and Sega All Stars Racing Wii, and Evilocity from Crash Tag Team Racing PS2 gives me a nostalgia vibes and good old days playing those games (Shadow bike, Tails Plane, the OG Sonic Car, very cool tracks, Unique All Stars like Super Sonic, Tails Tornado, Knuckles Punches that causes eartquake, Amy Hammer and many more, and a mechanic in a Crash game that have a different variatons of a gun in a racing game, a open World that have cutscenes of Crash got unlucky when you interact with some different objects and animals and some mingames that they have)

If we lived in a fair and just world, DKR tracks could've been able to actually officially appear in MK, but alas.
Believe it or not, Microsoft owns the rights to those tracks, as they were able to keep Greenwood Village in the Rare Replay version of Jet Force Gemini, without Nintendo's permission whatsoever.
