- Assassin's Creed, who's the strongest assassin. In this video I compare the Assassin's Creed protagonists (only the ones who were assassins) and try to dtermine who is the strongest physically of them all. Obviously this video is entirely subjective and based on personal opinion so feel free to let me know in the comments who you think the strongest assassin in Assassin's Creed is and why. Connor is beefed. His consistent in-engine feats and the amount of heavy items he sprints, fights, and climbs with = pure 100% unaltered _BEEF_
Dude had to run in snow constantly and we know how tiring doing that is.

@@jbcatz5 Nah I don't know what to think about the stuff from the dlc. To me it's just non canon. The hybrids to have enhanced physicality and aging but Haytham was the one related to Desmond so that wouldn't apply to those natives.
He's also like sekiro and can sprint indefinitely.
As soon as I saw the title, immediately thought "Connor." I just remember thinking about that ending. "Tis just a flesh wound, must kill Charles Lee!" Even though he's literally dying.
Connor is some sort of Rambo of the AC Universe, but without the one-liners.

I agree with Connor winning, dude literally has the most strength. I remember the game devs were gonna make him scalping dudes too which just shows his raw power.

IMO Bayek is the strongest as he’s often seen taking on 7ft gladiators , hippos , crocodiles and such .

poound for pound Connor still recks, he's taken on 7 foot brutess too, and bears as well as most of the most infamous beasts in Americas at the time. Bayek did take down war elephants but in gam all he really had to expend was arrows and there were no cutscenes showing him taken them down any other way either, usually war elephants can be brought down with 1 good strike to the brain with an arrow, while connors fought entire batteltions and ships. Theres only one assassin in the franchise that I could think of that is a literal beast of a powerhouse and could challenge connor and that's Adewale
@@amanpreetgill7564 It depends on the way you fight the elephants. I fight them mostly with my sword and not my bow. And bayek can survive getting hit by said elephants. He can also fight crocodiles and hippos, massive gladiators or hundreds of fighters in arena horde mode. Connor is really strong and brutal but most of his ennemies wear little to no protection. Altair had to go through chainmail and ezio through plate armor to kill their ennemies
Bayek has the advantage of more concentrated Isu DNA. Not as concentrated as the Eagle Bearer, but the pre-Origins games are set at a point the precursor genetic material was more diluted unless it was a Sage.
I mean it has to be Connor. I wouldn't want to scrap with any of the Assassins, but Connor legit looks like he could beat your ass, no Hidden Blade, no Axe, just those hands that are rated E for Everyone! Edward would not fight fair, cause he's a Pirate, he'd just shoot you as soon as you tried to fight him. Honestly, I wouldn't want smoke with any of them Kenway boys.
I wouldn't wanna fuck with the kenways or auditores. At least ezio and Giovanni. Imagine an assassin with Connor's strength and ezio's wisdom. That'd be basically a damn god 😂

Thing is, at some point in the story he fights in an arena against these two gaelic warrior(whom, I later awesomely learned were supposed to be a reference to Asterix and Obelix). At the end, he basically hooked one with an axe, and spun them around like it was nothing. So yeah, that's something. Also, the man was able to fight giant Elephants, dawg. However, I do still agree Connor is the toughest and stronger Assassin due to the things he survived.

The Smarts of Ezio and Eva.
The strength and durability of Connor.
The fast learning and sail battle skills of Edward.
The parkour and swordsmen skill of Arno.
Put all of this in one Assassin. How powerful would this Assassin be

Better character to compare would be Wolverine. He has twice the experience as Altair and is an Master swordsman as he a Samurai. Only thing is he not a sailor.

I think Adewale deserves an honorable mention. Some of his fight animations were downright brutal
He only can be played on the DLC of assassin's creed 4 so he ain't a main character of a story

I would have said Bayek , not only was he medjay which requires you to be a phenomenal warrior but he exists in one of the toughest environments , the desert has no time for the weak or physically feeble and Bayek has mastered desert warfare and survival.
He is constantly put up against Greek and Roman soldiers who are no joke to begin with and can easily take on scores of them.
He’s proficient with the hidden blade , spear , dual wording blades and one handed weapons which are heavy af.
I agree with the base, cause bayek is strong. But my father in law, who is a egyptian man that literally lifed in the dessert, he is struggling with a little cold breeze. Environment are just diffrent and what you are used is what you handle best. Also for wars, they are not harder, just diffrent

1)See behind the scenes how the devs talk about Connor,they basically portray him as the strongest character you play as.Doubt they would make a guy you play for a bit better
2)Achilles wouldnt let Connor go to face Haytham till he was ready,Achilles faced Haytham and knows of his abilities
3)During their first meeting they wrestle for a bit but Connor blitzes his hand away and pushes him back,Haytham tries to get in again but is overpowered and sent back.Connor does this quite easily.You can see shock in Haythams face
4)Connor was heavily injured in the final fight to the point he would rather avoid the red coats who he trashes any day normally.The writers literally had to injure Connor so it would be an actual fight.Haytham does get injured too but thats after the fight has started in the cinematic atleast.
5)The novel.
The novel actually repeatedly says heavily injured Connor is equal to Haytham in that fight,and in the end Connor is said to attack him before Haytham can even react.
NEITHER wanted to kill each other,and Haytham was actually the aggressor in all cases.Actually Connor is able to get the edge in a brawl even after getting being ambushed by Haytham.
Haytham says he cant hope to match but clearly he is vexing him,clear by his tone,its a method older opponents use to take advantage of their younger opponents inexperience
6)Haytham kinda admits it.
He says Connor appeared to triumpth(referring to the player smashing him objects) but Haytham rises("still we rise again") after the cannon ball as Connor had already taken several before hand
7)Haytham in the novel says "This COULD be my final journal entry"
If he was sure he would let himsepf die he wouldnt say COULD.He knows Connor can kill him
8)Connor has to save Haytham a bunch of times in their adventures.
Haytham is the better swordsman but otherwise Connor was built by Achilles with the purpose of defeating Haytham.
When Bayek carried the body in the video and freeran that just proved how he is the strongest. He could kill crocodiles, hippos, lions, elephants, carry heavy shields and weapons, carry heavy bodies, fight 7ft gladiators.
Connor hands down, he's built like a linebacker. 6'2" was also really tall in the 1700s.
Not as crazy as being 6'0 in Altairs era.
He would be like 6'8 if he was in the modern day

Well i am going to agree with your analysis based on physical builds. Altair is far too lean and agile to be a physical monster like Connor. I think he mainly prided himself on his reflexes and his agility which will make him win fights, but it wont be out of pure strength. Bayek is much more balanced in his physical appearance. He looks like a fighter and an athlete. But he is during his game never the strongest, nor the tallest. He has incredible endurance and basic strength in his legs and arms. Anyone that can freeclimb like that has to have either a focus on agility or a very balanced body.
Connor on the other hand is not really the most agile climber. He can go on trees and buildings and whatnots but its never his prime way of doing things. He is the most reliant on his physical strength during combat through blocking, counterattacking and moving his enemies physically. Someone like Ezio or Altair was more precise than brutal in order to take down his foes. And you can see that in his build too. He is far more muscular with a lot of upper body strength that would make him a bad climber compared to any of the other assassin protagonists.

Connor kenway is the TMNT Raphael of the Assassins creed series. He’s really strong, skilled, trained, high potential, and of course, HOT-HEADED.

@@mbphilipblack8993 tough question lol, I think Jacob Frye would be Mikey and Evie would be Donnie, because Evie is really smart and Jacob doesn’t take anything seriously at all. I think Ezio could be another form of Splinter, since in Ezio’s older days he was more wise yet still extremely skilled and capable. Arno is definitely Leo and Elise is definitely Karai, the only difference between Elise and Karai is that Karai actually cared about Leo, despite using him when they first met. They were both driven by revenge to the point where Elise killed herself and Karai was nearly killed. Also Arno is definitely Leo for simping over Elise the way Leo did for Karai

I expected nothing else. I'm saying this all the time. Connor is a savage, he's vicious, strong, agile, he grew up tied up with nature, you just cannot top that :).
Connor is absolutely a beast. If you look at old depictions of Native Warriors they are literal legends. Feared by all and animalistic in nature. Connor embodies that especially when you see the one animation where he pounces on an enemy. The dude is gifted in all things knowledgeable about momentum. He carries that from person to person without flaw. From a gameplay standpoint it is satisfying as fuck.
No argument here, Connor is my choice and he could definitely hold his own against the other two contenders💪🏾

Bayek is definitely stronger. He's a Medjay and has grown up in the harsh Egyptian desert. He can easily go toe to toe with massive hippos, crocodiles, and war elephants! He can easily swing around massive 8 foot muscley soldiers like they were made of paper. He can run full sprint while carrying whole bodies
Edward is just smaller and nerfed Connor, everything Edward does Connor simply power scales to

I feel like you overlooked Jacob Frye. Hes a very aggressive person who likes brawls, and prefers to take on situations without much thought. Apparently his father was an assassin so he had training too.

I agree with what was stated, altough we cannot ignore the fact that Edward can literally shoulder bash/kick/elbow/punch people into the backrooms. His strength might not be there all the time, but when he truly goes for it, he will send you to brazil to never return.

Playing into what you say about Altaïr being cocky, these are memory simulations, so the memory cheats could be a factor in how these different characters are presented. Altaïr not getting a hit is his arrogance affecting the presentation of his abilities. Connor held a lot of aggression, fighting a cultural invasion so he’s going to come across as more brutal. Ezio’s memories of Christina are more traumatic, and this manifests in interference when Desmond tries to access these points. If the games did more with the idea of memory and how that can be unreliable or twisted, like how Abstergo tried to manipulate Aveline’s memories to suit their goals, that could be interesting.
I think you can throw out all the animation (since they aren't realistic) and assassin training considerations and go just off of physical stature alone. It doesn't matter how much training you have had you can't exceed your own maximum strength potential naturally. And by that logic connor wins by a land slide... although connor probably wins the strength contest in any scenario anyway
Even though he was an assassin only in Freedom Cry and Rogue, Adewale should be considered here imo, as he was a slave and his fighting style with the machete just seeps strength
Connor was also able to use war clubs and giant axes with just one hand typically he used both hands to wield them but at times in his combat he only uses one hand while using them

Yes, it's sad tho that Adewale is pretty underrated
His finishers are deadlier than Connor
But he's also Slower than Connor
So, if Connor fight agains Adewale in their Prime, Connor has a slightly higher winning chance against Adewale. And to defeat him, Connor must focus in his Speed
Edit: and unlike other playable Assassin's, Adewale carried a freaking Shotgun (or Blunderbuss). And in the game, that weapon can kill like 6-10 enemies in 1 shot (if you're lucky enough)
Ok but hear me out, Jacob can literally dodge bullets! I feel Jacob was overlooked and underestimated here due to Syndicates story not being as interesting as other games but whatever I guess.
That’s just a new feature like I’m pretty sure any “assassin” not Alexios or ivior maybe bayek because he is an assassin but guns weren’t in his timeline but I’m pretty sure any assassin can dodge bullets
Except that wasn’t in the other ac games but you can still dodge bullets because in ac3 you could use an enemy as cover so that basically works
Idk about that man. Connor tank a Cannonball to the stomach and still managed To Give Haytham Kenway A Fight, He also has A Power or something in the dlc. It's part of their tribe I havent played the dlc yet But it looks amazing

wait what. jacob is 5ft 6????. also i would say hes srsly strong from the way he fights especially after what you see in the bare knucke fighting rings, he can take on a srsly strong amount of enemies, get shot a stupid amount of times and his whole upgrade tree is based just on strength and durability. if hes only 5ft6 that changes things a bit but otherwise jacob is a fucking tank
He's 5'7 but still I believe he makes up for it with his beefy body type, agility and speed! He's got faster hands than the other assassins and his counters are faster as well. I feel he got overlooked here Jacob is definitely up there with Connor I believe

I would like to throw a honerable mention in there if i may. Adéwalé, the man, the legend, the absolute beef of a man! Even if only going by his build, that man is a tank clad in muscle. But his animations have shown not only his strength but also his brutality. I bet when he threw anchor, it was literal, he just had to bench it first.

there's also Adewale, you can straight up see through his clothing that the man is buff as hell, but I agree that through everything we've seen, Conner is the strongest one

Ik I'm gonna be the odd bloke that is that 1% on every graph but imo I think Altair is the strongest assasin. Like Connor he has faced armies on his own, the crusader army and the muslim army while going from place to place. Remember his story takes place during the crusader war.But the main reason why I think he's stronger than Connor is cuz he actually fought against something supernatural and won. He resisted the apple of eden which we all know is far beyond any human. Meaning his mentality was sharp af and we all know fights are like 80% mental game.

I think you're right but a defense to bayek is being able to scale extremely large monuments such as pyramids which show a high amount of grip strength also at the start of origins he falls from hight which could of killed him then gets up and continues fighting a large enemy. Also he was able to move very quickly even When he was covered in large battle armor and when you are roaming through tombs you can push large crates that are filled with stone and other heavy objects also when bayek goes through the secret passages that look like they are a part of the wall he is lifting up a large bit of stone which should at least weighe about half a ton

Tbh, Connors the most terrifying assassin too. You can make cases for the others, sure, but if a 6ft 2 jacked Native American with a tomahawk and a hidden blade was sprinting at you full speed across a battlefield dodging gunfire, you’d find religion just so you have something to pray to

Please tell me, AC unity, is it good because I just recently got it and I've seen reviews saying the gameplay is amazing but every time I've played it it's always just felt broken or delayed or just slow idk.
One small case for Arno is he has an animation where he goes behind and enemy and snaps their neck with 1 hand. I always thought that was crazy.
Connor is always my go to Assassin when I think physical strength. Bayek is definitely strong too.
If Eivor was in he would have a good case I think with some of his abilities. Kassanda/Alexios would probably take the whole thing if they were in.
Eivor has the case of being strong enough to chop people's limbs clean off with any weapon.

Well according to the novel of revelations Ezio is slightly weaker and slower than his prime,you can tell by gameplay too.It was easier in Brotherhood to fight enemies
I honestly think that Jacob is one of the strongest I mean he loves to fight, most of his perks are fighting related which describes his personality and how he is as a character. evie had the stealth perks which kinda showed that she is more cautious and not so strong
I heard something about Altair and him kicking a stone pillar of a cliff or something and that is up there with how strong Connor is I still think Connors the strongest but that does show how solid Altair is!

Its sad that you didnt keep in mind the parkour styles.. i know the differences are more cuz of the map and animus.. but its clear that arno and the frye twins are stronger.. as they can do huge leaps going up a building.. but yes in a general sense connor indeed is the strongest
I’d like to point out that Connor fights bears and elks and restrains them momentarily. In the QuickTime events he grabs an elk by the horns restrains them for a bit and then kills them. You know how strong you gotta be to do that? The newer games when you fight bears, as there is no animations just wild swinging, you can’t say they are as strong as Connor.

Ezio is a perfect mix of smarts, and strength. Being an Assassin, they are trained from the start to think before action. He was a mix of the most important traits of a master assassin. Being rich gave him a cocky and had a charming personality, which would enrage his enemies, and his assassin skills gave him patience, and waiting like a predator, waiting for the perfect moment to strike. Now, Edward Kenway, was very similar especially in his later years, with the added brutal Pirate combat.

I know eivor wasn't included but he definitely is the strongest in terms of pure physical strength. He can literally carry people twice his weight on his shoulders and has carried people through caves at full speed and down from high structure and buildings. He can punch through wood and rock with his bear fists. He can easily duel Weild Dane axes which are very heavy and swing them with great force at the same time.
Rage of Helheim on bigger enemies is peak viking gameplay. Dude is an absolute monster.
Any of that shit doesn't count. The whole point of Assassins Creed is to imagine ourselves in the past and ask "dang, what if this happened, is this what history could've looked like if I was some sort of trained ninja?", it's supposed to be somewhat believable. Sure haystack jumping is unrealistic, but for the most part, everything the non-rpg assassins do is achievable for humans who train very hard. They are simply very athletic, coordinated, skilled, disciplined, and intelligent humans. So when you bring up these new RPG demi God characters who are doing fantasy shit, it's retarded. Who cares. It's not history anymore, it's totally devoid of immersion and defeats the curiosity of what the human body can achieve. Conor Kenway and Eivor clearly aren't playing by the same rules and physical limitations due to gameplay mechanics, so why compare them?
I think it's a universally agreed opinion by AC fans that Connor is the strongest Assassin. Not only does he have the best showings of brutish brawn to me, but he's also in my opinion the most durable and resilient against physical damage. There is no doubt at all in my mind that Ratonhnhaké:ton is the tankiest and beefiest of the AC protagonists.

I feel like endurance is something you could of touched on… like ezio being stabbed and then going to fight rodrigo and fleeing from the Vatican, and then being shot at the siege of the villa… or Connors run in with Lee and the haytham fight where he was injured for the time
