    This year you've grown a lot as a person and a lifter. It's been awesome to see. I think working with the RP group has helped you get to the level you're at now and future levels you're going to redefine. Keep up the awesome work.

    Nick really is showing us quality bodybuilding here , tips we often forget when we start getting into our ego and lifting maybe more than necessary. Gotta try the push down more strict too

    Finally some 1 telling this shit EXACTLY how you should train if you want skeletal muscle growth !!!!!! This is the way and no other way. Your purpose when training is not how many reps or how much weight . It’s how hard can I contract this muscle. and Each rep try to contract it harder than the last one. The harder you contract the better neurological connection you build the more beautiful your body will be! This is also coming from a guy who had 0 chest and now my shit is a mf armored plate .

  • @C-24-Brandan

    Genetics, diet, rest/recovery & training it properly is the key to growing it and anything else. People way over complicate things & think there's some super secret thing that makes some people grow and progress and others not

  • @mikearonson1071
    @mikearonson1071 ปีที่แล้ว

    The elbows together method on the pec deck is the only way to contract those muscles. I use the style pec deck with the pads on the arms, not the handles. That way, I always pull in with my elbows. I get a better contraction with that machine.

    Nick is definitely a student of the iron game. He’s redefining simple exercises like the dumbbell press. Diet on point. He’s going to get top three if not the Sandow. My concern is with all the deaths recently in bodybuilding he’s walking the razors edge. His frame is carrying so much mass when he speaks his breathing is labored. Who knows what’s going on inside his body.I bet his blood work tells a totally different story. My opinion is win the Sandow and down size and do what Jay cutler did. Build his brand and make a living that way. Not worth it to die at an early age for this sport. Nick is a fan favorite loved by millions. He has nothing else to prove. He will always be the mutant. But live to reap the benefits of all your hard work and dedication. My opinion of course.

    Great job Nick explaining this brother🫵👍! I know it works better than heavy sh** lifting cause I’ve done it but only got injuries from it and then your REALLY F’d ! So, after just weeks of doing your style my strength in controlling weight that I couldn’t before was mind boggling period. Like you said before the strength gains just keep going and going and going until you wonder when is it going to stop. Like for example, my legs front AND back is bigger than ever before and dude I have lifted for over 20 years now and always had major problems getting my legs to grow but not anymore. Even now after two months of doing Jay Cutler’s fit for 50 but mine is 40, I’m not doing ANY leg presses AT ALL so I can do cardio more often but my legs are STILL huge and maintaining the size from the stair stepper but when I was training them my lying hamstrings curl DOUBLED in poundage. Thank you❗️

    Its all genetics ive seen it many times if you have normal run of the mill genes and have a perfect diet train well sleep well etc etc you wont look as good as someone with great genes on a rubbish diet and lifestyle. The main reason the supplement industry is worth so much is due to this.❤
