You're definitely not lazy. You work. It's way harder than a regular job. I respect your work ethic. When I lived in Colorado and went on 40 mile run/hikes I was in same boat. I had to back off. Most mileage I did in a week was 230 miles. My wife almost left me. Today I enjoy light short workouts.

225lbs on that smith is like 275lbs-295lbs on other smith's. If you've never used an Arsenal Smith, it's the heavier than any other I've ever used.
