Really appreciate Nick emphasizing dropping the weight and feeling the contraction and movement. Always reminds me of a saying I base my training on, “If you don’t control the weight, the weight will control you.”

greetings Nick, that training is tremendous, in my house I don't have those machine equipment to train, my training equipment is classic, for example my back rowing exercise is on the surface at floor level with the level of the feet to Pulling forward with a bar or double handed handle pulls me more and stretches more forward, I changed the slow training like you and I noticed the back is developing from the lower part of the waist in proportion with this rowing exercise, success Nick, go for the Mr. Olympia,,,🔥👊🙏

Nick I do that exactly like you knew. I will admit I never used it to warm up and that's a great idea. I usually would use that as a finishing exercise. Straight arms Big stretch over your head perfect form. You should be posing front lat spread after every set of back from now until eternity but especially up until the Olympia. Face your back towards the mirror do a rear lat spread and when you're all the way in the pose slowly turn around while you hold the pose and then you will see the difference.

@4:20 I try to tell people that they aren't growing because they are doing waaaaay to much, and not eating enough for it. I only do 2 exercises for Bicep, Chest, Tricep, 2 Pulldown, 2 Rows, 2 shoulder, and legs I do Extenstions, Curls, Leg Press Movement, and Rack Pull or other hip hinge. So leg day and Back day have the most exercises. 4 exercises on Back and 4 on Legs, and I rotate those. People out here doing 5 bicep exercises, 5 triceps exercises, ect... like bro, you ain't working out that intense of you have energy for all that. Maybe get crazy every now and then... but every workout... too much.

Supinate your hands as much as possible on the Pull-Ups. The more supinated your hands the further outside and width of the Lat will be hit. When your hands are pronated like what you were doing it's going to work more of the lower lat and the inside of your upper back and the inside of your upper back is the best in bodybuilding. Supinating your hands will make you wider from front lat spread and rear latch bed but mostly front. The top grip all the way on the outside is about as supinated as you'll find on that machine. Maybe when you're down in the 280s you can try and do regular pull-ups with a completely supinated grip. For your body and your priorities as far as symmetry goes regular pull-ups are the most important thing you can do right now along with high squats super-deep feet real high feet together and walking lunges with dumbbells. 35 years.

Dorian Yates popularized starting your back training with pullovers. It’s the only back exercise with little to no biceps involvement, so your back is already fatigued and your biceps are fresh before going into your pulldowns and rows. This makes sense as your biceps is the limiting factor in back exercises.
