I wouldn't even attempt anything like this. You have to be highly skilled, plus have the required tools. He turned what was a rust bucket into something that looks showroom new. Much kudos and respect.

Salamat po! May mga bike po ako with a color combination like red black, silver black, nakakasawa na po kasi yung mga ganung kulay paulit ulit, halos lahat na ng siklista ganun ung kulay ng bike, I had to make it unique, yung tipong ikaw lang yung sa Pinas yung may ganung klasend bike :)
That was really cool. I was surprised you waited until after paint before you did the derailleur hanger. I’ve seen too many of the old bikes snap right there. Would have been a shame to see all that work go to waste. Great looking bike!

Great rebuild on an old steel beauty. That fork looks a bit bent from a collision though, near the top, just below the crown.

i know univega's were, at least as far as i was able to tell, a great product at some point decades back. i bought a univega gravel bike this year and took 1 ride on it and immediately returned it. i know 1400 isnt a whole lot of money compared to higher quality gravel bikes, or bikes in general, especially over the last 2 years as covid borked the parts production and shipping industries... but even then i felt almost instantly that 'nah, this doesnt feel like a well spent 1400.00'.. everything about it just felt so darn cheap. ended up waiting a few months for an italian ride to come in and while a bit more expensive it feels like a massively better product.

Dapat nilalagyan mo po ng grease yung stem para di siya mag stuck up in the future at iwas na rin sa friction na makakagasgas sa stem insertion.

Awesome built but don't hit the stem ans crank arms with the mallet, they use compression from their bolst to adjust, and also you forgot to put grease inside the steerer tube. Loved the colors!
edit: did you put the brakes in reverse? rear brake screw is too long
