When you fit the crank extractor make sure you nip it up with a spanner. If the cranks don’t come off easily you can strip the threads on your crank if only finger tight.
Я бы сказал, что и до переборки велосипед был в очень хорошем состоянии. Подшипники чистые, каретка открутилась сразу, подседел чистый и не заклинивший. Восьмёрку выправил, яйцо осталось. И где обмотка с заглушками? На руль без пистолетов легче лёгкого намотать.

i have a 30 yr old rd bike. with 105 7 speed. the break calipers and the rear deraillier need asap claen... i try as much as i can but because i leave next to the beach, the wind blows the sand and humidity destry my bike components. is so frustrating... this video components so beautiful and clean... i wish can have. like this super clean
