Hello, could you or someone please help me? I have serious problems with my Xaomi Pro 2, I am getting warning flashes and beeps of error code 14, 27, and 35 (depends on if I just pushed the brake/gas/button reset). This occurred after downloading the application DownG. I want to revert it back to stock, or just get it working again. I was trying to unlock 35kph..

Just buy a controller for dual motors from the beginning. Aren't you afraid you will fry your controllers and battery from constant back current and other stress this will create? Otherwise it's a good video im thinking of doing something similar on mine

Nice - Some welds on my Aovopro clone's steering stem to front box have cracked badly (I bought an abused second hand scooter) so I'm thinking of getting another and doing likewise but I'm going to make a decent aluminium belly plate to support that weld better too- Is there any way I could keep the same display if I used a decent dual VESC?

Good job I've got the same 2 models as well as a few others but I'm glad to find this because I want t o do the same. Only thing that worries me is my stem from deck to handle bars head set snapped at the point with the cable holes and I've seen other Windgoos that have done the same, I've put a sleeve in side the tube and 4 bolts all the way through, 2 on each part N to S, and E to West, but it must be a weak spot so be careful and keep your eyes on it

I've seen it at some point on the internet but now that I'm searching, I can't find anything!

That isn't a spacer. It's an adapter to add a rotor to a freewheel hub of a bike. Such as a fixie flip flop hub . They make aftermarket motor covers with rotor mounts built in.

What's the size of the spacer you used for mountin the brake rotor?

I didn't understand why you did all that work from minute 7:37 to 9:56, wasn't it enough to print and paste the simple paper template? to make the holes?

Yes... at the end i just plug learn mode and fix that, 3sec job..
And how you will cut the centre circle to center the template... by hand..? there you need precision...
only thing that should be on steering column is maybe pwm for better cooling

i made 63v (fully charged) with a 500w motors (that handles like 1500w lol) i can peak to 70 kmh but i configure it with a slow acceleration otherwise it start burn and a i have to change my tire every month
Yes.. at this high voltages currents must be to low... i also make a video with higher voltages.. modifying 72v 1500w controller..

nice work but i dont know who wants to drive a xiaomi going faster than 35km/s its not stable at all coz its too light. I limited mine at 32km/h back in the day. Now a days i am riding a dualtron eagle going 70km/h no problem at 75km/h its kind of unstable for the suspensions flexibility settings i am using.

So I’ve bought this Escooter named: electric scooter scooter Velocifero Mad Air 250W 10Ah, it said that it has Bluetooth and sport mode, but when I bought it, it didn’t show, I emailed them and they said that they disabled the functions so that the escooter would be legal to ride just like a bicycle, help me enable the functions please.

You skipped showing how you placed the battery on the handle.

Noticed the same, but the the polarity is wrong in the two connectors at 23:15 so that's probably the cause.
Did You measure the current from battery? Those china controllers are probably not 350W.

@@EVCustoms believe that those chinese small "e-bikes" bms are not ideal for that much power , There are real good brands sometimes they can be a little bit bigger that these small ones but untill today i had no problems

No is not slower... custom scooter finished first at 80m distance and have much more acceleration... the other Futecher scooter have high speed motor but lower torque, also custom xiaomi cost me about 500euros and Futecher price is about 1200euros...
Custom scooters and high-end scooters are not the same. Dual motor hub doesn't always mean speed.
With dual motor you have acceleration and health motors...

high center of gravity equals poor driving and handling...
Overcharge 250w or 350w motors using 48V battery will bring you to burn it very quickly.
To do a correct work you have to change motor section phase cable, disable hall sensors in 1 motor, add 2 different brake levers, use a motor forged with brake disk predisposed, need also to add a magnetic brake, use different main boards, place a battery over the rear wheel for better stability, over a chest or brackets not on main steering tube, battery is also not well insulated very home made, electrical connectors aren't good, need to solder wire , and heat shrink with lighter?? Omg....
This video remember me like a teenager customized e-scooter, with only 1 objective: run fast and do not think to consequence....

@@EVCustoms to be honest if ur controller is like in the range of 10-15amps then it might survive but I have burned two 250 and 300w motors with 48v battery and plus 10inch tire doesnt help at all - go for monorim wheel I have 28amp controller with 120% switch and it does 45km/h when fully charged also phase wires are still kinda small compared to ones on the controller and get warm with motor a bit but still thicker than those noodles on m365
Also the fact that its a scooter wheel that motor would have less stress on a bike wheel because of less load during acceleration
48v with anything less than 500w on a scooter is a bad idea and anyway cant use the full potential of the battery and if you live where is hills or mountains or need to cross them bye bye conroller/motor
p.s. but who know those 250+250 motors are working together so the motor isnt being stressed as the load is spread between them so like I said if its reasonable amps on controller it might work out okay

Yes, it was at testing, after that i reverse the motor to proper direction just buy plug two wires.
