    Woah... nice. You literally redesigned the scooter and manufactured it! That battery build looks complicated I have no idea how to build it. I like the fact that you use pretty big size tires for better ride and handing on the road. I bet that the scooter is very light for the power it generates so it should be pretty fast. Nice work.

    I don’t usually do this to people but hey;
    You really need to redo your phase wire joints, butt splice them properly, your joints will melt quickly.
    Fray each end and buy them into each other, wrap with thin copper wire and then solder it with flux, that joint will never break due to high resistance and you’ll get less voltage drop over it :)

    • @jumpyjeffrey
      @jumpyjeffrey ปีที่แล้ว

      I agree. Also the welding was very subpar. A line of tack welds is not welding. He doesn't have enough heat penetration the fuse the metal. He just essentially glued metal to the surface.
      It may give sum support. But it's not structurally sound.

      @@EVCustoms That sounds good. Your video is one of the few on TH-cam that clearly shows each step installing the components needed. Very well done. I think the only thing possibly to help is an alternative battery pack solution. @@EVCustoms great stuff bud, keep your eyes out for a cheap E300s WITH FOLDING STEM BUT MORE IMPORTANT WIDER WHEELS 3 1/2 NOT USUAL 2 3/4 INCH AND BIGGER 10 INCH USUAL 9 INCH? i found by chance i dont no if you are aware of them, if the use same controls it must go 10% faster? i used the normal back sprocket from one of my early E100 chain drives on the back of stadard E300 and used shoulder bolts that fitted in the sprocket design holes so dead easy 5 teeth ish smaller so 20% possibble speed, front sprockets i think if swapped would help tourc? im trying toover volt a cheap simple controller with thick wire and solder but motor, power, brake lock and outputs so 3 wires to deralleur + ¬ & line for control wire? tried wiring to a throttle of a kids scoot like controller came off, 2 white wires pos, neg and green, but power and drives as soon as powered, tried it 36v lead using switch to kick and stop, it puuled and shot up a fair hill lol 57 and make kids look stiff lol, someones selling a DOULTRON THUNDER NEAR ME, SOMETIMES BEING SKINT HAS SAVED PAROMEDS A BLOODY MESS 2 GRAND, FASTEST YET AOVO HACKED 28MPH AND RAZOR E300 DIRECT WIRED FROM 2 18V LIPOs drill trigger to motor about the same but wheelied easy lol
