@@operator8014 honestly, out of all the cars I’ve driven, the fit is probably the most enjoyable drive. Handles like an absolute champ. Most people just can’t get over the looks and I don’t blame them.

Would this work for a 1985 prelude ex got it a while back and want to document the build it's super fresh and just want it to become a daily but would love to one day make it rear wheel rear engine with a barrar straight six I. The back but not to sure if that would work givin the fwd east to west seat up to inline rwd north to south love your videos btw from Australia so would love to make it 4x4 to hehe and make the front a sort of ute bay lol to have tools and storage
I honestly didn’t know that any honda offered that. I knew one of the Chevy/ford pickups offered it but had no idea. I don’t have the clearance for the turning with tractor tires but I have the rear rack incase I change my mind
It's super tempting to just move the entire front subframe to the rear, but that isn't going to work as you imagine. I'm not trying to discourage this guy or anyone else from thinking outside the box, I want to do the same thing to a Focus, but we might as well know what we are getting into.
It’s hard to put a number on it but if you bought a running and driving car at $x and you had a hatchback shell at $x. There isn’t to much extra added in. Just the metal used to brace the subframe back in is the only real added expense

There's no logical reason to do a mid engine fit but why not? That's the reason I want to convert a civic ef in a mid engine rocket.

Everything is in front of the axles except the intake manifold. Considered mid engine
