    Most awakening practice. I feel all stiffness around my spine is released feels good. I was like I wanted the class longer as it was too good stretch and was thinking to repeat it again.

    I tried this sequence last year at the time when it was posted. The ease I felt today was far far more than those days.
    I could did it really happily. At some points, I paused but started again. The whole point was to complete the sequence in the way ,our body allows.

    Week 4 Day 5(I) Done.
    I enjoyed the whole sequence. I did side plank for few seconds only. It is a beautiful stretch. Thank you Marina.

      Great job! Side planks are tough !!! I suggest holding it for a long as you can and then gently bring one knee down and continue holding the shape through arms to continue building strength !

I started having serious issues with my knees and therefore I am limited to what I can do, but these beginner videos allow me to do what feels right for my body at a time.     This was so opening and releasing for areas of my back that I normally don’t feel much change in...thank you! Today was first time doing two of your workouts in a row (did middle splits video before this one) and my body feels so relaxed and energized! You have a true gift of teaching and encouraging too.     Marina, I so love your choice of core exercises, because they're so effective, yet not the typical crunches! 👏😍 Couldn't practice since Tuesday for health reasons and I miss it SOOOOOO much!! 😭 Hoping to get back to my full daily practice within the next couple of days.
