I tried this sequence last year at the time when it was posted. The ease I felt today was far far more than those days. I could did it really happily. At some points, I paused but started again. The whole point was to complete the sequence in the way ,our body allows. Thank you Marina. I'm a lot better now 😭

Great job! Side planks are tough !!! I suggest holding it for a long as you can and then gently bring one knee down and continue holding the shape through arms to continue building strength !
Great practice today with this Marina! Loved the stretch, and the heat generated around the core - I am looking forward to tomorrow yoga for tight hips for the last session of the week !

This was so opening and releasing for areas of my back that I normally don’t feel much change in...thank you! Today was first time doing two of your workouts in a row (did middle splits video before this one) and my body feels so relaxed and energized! You have a true gift of teaching and encouraging too.
